Below is a written guide on how to collect every collectible in the game which will unlock every collectible related Trophy/Achievement. All of these are missable. There is chapter select, but you will not be able to use that for collectibles. When choosing a chapter to play, the game will revert your collectible count back to whatever it was when you originally played that chapter. So, it’s very important to not use Chapter select until you have popped all of the collectible related Trophies and Achievements.

After you’ve collected all of the outfits, you will need to either start a New Game + OR load up any chapter via Chapter Select and then go through each character and equip each one to pop “Fashion Passion.”

Some story decisions will impact what collectibles can be obtained, so some are not only missable, but may not even be available to pick up. It would take three playthroughs to fully collect everything. Fortunately, this will not matter in terms of Trophies/Achievements. You only need 65% of the collectibles to complete this Trophy/Achievement list. All of the outfits can be done in a single playthrough. So they do not apply to story decisions.

In Chapter 2, you must side with Nikki while in the elevator with her and Ko-Rel. This is an important decision that can lock out collectibles later in the game.

Any important decisions that are needed will be noted in the guide below.

Chapter 1

- Archives: Team Costumes – As soon as you exit Peter’s room, turn right and enter Rocket’s room. This is found on the floor near the door in Rocket’s room.

- Archives: Nano-Resin Incident Report – As soon as you gain control of Peter in the Quarantine Zone with Groot and Rocket, look to your left to find this on a yellow crate at the very beginning of the level. You’ll need to climb up on to the platform to the left to grab this.

- Outfit: Rocket: Guardians of the Galaxy (2014) – Shortly later, you’ll slide down a part of the path. You’ll then hear Rocket say that the path to right is a dead end and he will go left. Take the path on the right, but don’t go straight. Go to the end of the short blue platform to find a small area where you can drop down. Drop down and enter the small area to find this outfit.

- Archives: Pride and Fall – As soon as you crouch down and follow Rocket through the left path, turn left and go to the end of the ship to find this.

- Archives: QZ Disposal – This is found just a few steps after you shoot the first group of parasites. Rocket will also activate his bet against you here. Follow the path into the destroyed ship where the parasites were and you can find this in the next room of the destroyed ship on the ground to the right. This is before climbing over the waist high debris in here.

- Guardian Collectible: Ravager Comm Bracelet – Follow the path from the last collectible until Peter falls down into a different area and is separated from Rocket and Groot. Follow the path where you’ll be crouched. After exiting the crouched section, shoot the greenish grey Brittle Material in the right corner of the room to reveal this collectible. If you don’t pick this up, you will also miss a collectible in Chapter 3.

- Archives: Failed to Send Message – This is found after the first combat section against the small green enemies. Climb up the boxes to continue the path and this is found on the ground across from the greenish grey Brittle Material that you have to shoot to clear the doorway.

- Archives: Unthinkable – This is found inside of the giant skull that you enter through the eye. There will be a lot of parasites for you to destroy that are part of Rocket’s bet. This collectible is found inside of the center cage like area inside of the skull. There are parasites hanging inside of this cell like structure. If you’re trying to win the bet with Rocket for “Eat It, Rodent” make sure to focus on destroying the parasites in here before going for the collectible.

- Outfit: Groot: Guardians of the Galaxy (2014) – As soon as the cutscene where Peter and Rocket reunite with Groot, look to the right to see a hole in the wall that you can crouch through. Go through the hole to find this outfit in the following room.

- Guardian Collectible: Spiral Control Unit – This found after you find the first workbench and upgrade your gear. In the next section, you’ll be in combat with a new enemy type while separated from Rocket and Groot. Defeat all of the enemies and then continue along the path by climbing up and out of the area where you just fought. Once you get to the top of this area, turn around to see a chunk of brittle material. Shoot and destroy it to reveal this collectible. If you don’t pick this up, you will also miss a collectible in Chapter 3.

- Archives: A Miracle! – This is found after reuniting with Drax and Gamora. You’ll use their abilities to help get out of the combat area. You will then enter a room and you’ll hear them talking about what they think the monster will look like. The collectible is in the center of the room next to stack of big pipes.

Chapter 2

- Outfit: Star-Lord: Nova Lord – This is picked up while being escorted by Nikki. You’ll reach a point where you will need to help her push a crate to block some fire. After crossing where the fire was that you jus blocked, you’ll be given the dialogue options of “Encourage Her” or “Take Control.” The path you’re following will start to turn right when you’re given these options. Instead of turning right and following Nikki, you should see a small hole in the yellow pipes along the wall. Crouch down and go into this hole to find this outfit.

- Guardian Collectible: Broken Translation Device – This is found in Nikki’s hideout on the ground on the right side of the room in front of the pink monitors.

- Galactic Compendium Item: Nikki’s Personal Device *IMPORTANT* – After exiting Nikki’s hideout, you’ll be taken in an elevator by Ko-Rel. Here, you will need to pick certain dialogue choices in order to gain Nikki’s trust. When Nikki trusts you, she will give you her passkey. This passkey is needed in order to collect some collectibles in Chapter 7. Always side with Nikki in this conversation. Remember, you will miss out on certain collectibles later in the game if you do not get the passkey. Pick the following dialogue options in order to get this passkey.
  - “Re-Activate Elevator”
  - “Try to Help Nikki”
  - “Take the Blame”

Chapter 3

- Galactic Compendium Item: Spinal Control Unit – As soon as you regain control of Peter aboard your ship, go into Rocket’s room and interact with the item. Rocket will then come in and have a conversation with you about the item. Make sure to exhaust all dialogue options here to get the full story from Rocket about the item. You will need to have picked this up in Chapter 1 in order for it to be in Rocket’s room now.

- Galactic Compendium Item: Ravager Comm Bracelet – From Rocket’s room, head over to Peter’s room and interact with the bracelet near the TV. After putting it down, Gamora will enter the room. Exhaust all dialogue options with Gamora just like you did when speaking to Rocket for the previous collectible. You will need to have picked this up in Chapter 1 in order for it to be in Peter’s room now.

- Galactic Compendium Item: Broken Translation Device – Exit Peter’s room and go down the stairs to the hangar. This item will be immediately to your left when exiting the stairs on a yellow crate next to a plant. After putting it down, Groot will enter and speak to you. Exhaust all dialogue options with Groot just like you did when speaking to Rocket and Gamora for the previous collectibles. You will need to have picked this up in Chapter 2 in order for it to be in the hangar now.

- Archives: Collateral Damage – You will eventually command Rocket to interact with a terminal shortly after the first combat section of the chapter. Rocket will lower a red platform that you will need to climb up on in order to proceed. Get on the platform and head left. Your team will now go right. Instead, you need to take another left at the top and you should see this collectible on what looks like a crashed ship sticking out of the environment.

- Outfit: Gamora: Guardians of the Galaxy (2014) – From the previous collectible, turn around and head toward your team. Go down the path, but don’t go under the giant red plant that makes circles with an almost arch that you’d pass under. Instead, turn right to follow a different path. Keep following this path until it leads you to a small hole in the wall that can crouch through. You’ll come to an area that will have a stone ledge in back that can jump up on. There will also be some brittle material that you can shoot that will open up another area. In this next area, you’ll fight against a few enemies. Kill them and then shoot more brittle material that is blocking yet another exit. Go through the new exit and follow the path across a ledge, between some rocks and up a few ledges to find the outfit crate.

- Guardian Collectible: Chitauri Sear-Cuffs – After your first encounter with a Slakebeast, you’ll need to command Gamora to climb a wall so that she can get you up higher to shoot down a pillar for Drax to carry. When the pillar is down, command Drax to pick it up and place it in front of the stone wall opposite of where you shot it down. Climb up the pillar and then up to a ledge. Look down and to the right to see another ledge that you can jump down to. You should see crafting materials down there as well. This collectible is down on this ledge.

- Archives: Off the Grid – From the previous collectible, have Gamora pull you out and return to the rest of the team. Have Drax pick up the pillar and place it in the highlighted blue area next to the destroyed ship. Next, have Gamora cut the cables which will then release the big blue and yellow wing. You’ll now be able to walk up it. Walk up the wing and go to the left at the top to find this collectible. Make sure to pick this up before leaving with the rest of your team.

- Archives: Stupid Job – After getting the ice ammo type for Peter’s blasters, you’ll need to use them to freeze the two platforms in place so you can climb out of this area. Have Drax pull out platform and then shoot the side of it with the ice ammo type. Then, command Rocket to go inside the ship. He’ll knock the second platform out. Freeze it and climb up. Have Gamora cut through the wires and then stand still. Let your team jump down and then pick up this collectible before jumping down. It is on the left side on the ground. Remember, do not jump down until after you pick this up.

- Outfit: Groot: Five Horsemen of the Apocalypse – After defeating the two Slakebeasts, you will need to command Groot to make a bridge for you to cross. Cross the bridge and then go left up the narrow path. Destroy the brittle material and then shoot the waterfall with your ice ammo until freezes. continue up the path until you find this outfit.

Chapter 4

Chapter 4 works a little different than other chapters in terms of collectibles. The collectible locations will change based on how you are approaching this mission. What makes this different is who you choose to sell. Selling Groot or Rocket will decide what path you take through this mission. It doesn’t matter what you decide to do here. You’ll still get the collectible related Trophies and Achievements no matter what path you take.

Selling Rocket Path:

- Archives: Drones – After trying to negotiate with Lady Hellbender, you will eventually find yourself in a big red room with a laser. When facing the laser, shoot the wall to the left with the red and white stripes on it. Go through the now open area and hop over the red barrier. This will be on a red box on your right after hopping over the red barrier.

- Outfit: Drax: Guardians of the Galaxy (2014) – Squeeze through the wall from the previous collectible and go up the stairs. Don’t follow your team when they go into the tunnel on the left. Continue going straight and drop down the ledge. Jump over the gap to the next platform and then jump up to the higher ledge.

- Outfit: Rocket: Five Horsemen of the Apocalypse – Continue on in the chapter until you’re in the dark sewer. Follow the sewer until you come to the first fork in the path. Your team will go right. Go left to find this outfit at the end of the path.

- Guardian Collectible: Assassin’s Ring – Continue on in the chapter until you are in a room with big skull in the middle. You can find this collectible to the right of the skull.

- Archives: Unknown Ghilaron Species – This is found in the same room as the previous collectible behind the skull.

Selling Groot Path:

- Archives: Don’t Do It – This is found inside of Lady Hellbender’s throne room after sneaking passed the sleeping guards. As soon as you enter the throne room, turn right and continue right until you see this on the small stone ledge.

- Outfit: Drax: Guardians of the Galaxy (2014) – Continue walking on this path from the previous collectible and you will loop around the room to find this outfit.

- Outfit: Rocket: Five Horsemen of the Apocalypse – After the elevator ride down from the throne room, you’ll be in another dining hall with a bunch of sleeping guards. Go right and slide over the small wooden table. Squeeze behind the sleeping guard at the circular table and crouch underneath the stack of red crates. The outfit is in the next small area.

- Guardian Collectible: Assassin’s Ring – Continue sneaking past the sleeping guards in this dining hall and you’ll reach a point where Rocket will hack open a door. Go down the circular tunnel in to the circular room and then go left into a smaller room. Drax will wither follow you in or will already be in here. The collectible is on the ground on the right side of this room behind some red crates and a yellow tube like object on the floor.

- Archives: Care of our Charges – From the previous collectible, exit the small room and go left around and into the next small room. Walk in and go right to find this on a stack of hay bales. This is also the room where Groot is being held.

Chapter 5

- Galactic Commpedium Item: Chitauri Sear-Cuffs – Go into Peter’s room at the very beginning of the chapter aboard the Milano and interact with the cuffs. They’re found on the floor. Gamora will then come in and have a conversation with you about the item. Make sure to exhaust all dialogue options here to get the full story from Gamora about the item. You will need to have picked this up in Chapter 3 in order for it to be in Peter’s room now.

- Galactic Commpedium Item: Assassin’s Ring – Leave Peter’s room and then go into Gamora’s room. The ring is found on the bed. Gamora will then come in and have a conversation with you about the item. Make sure to exhaust all dialogue options here to get the full story from Gamora about the item. You will need to have picked this up in Chapter 3 in order for it to be in Gamora’s room now.

- Archives: The Golden Force – After exiting the Milano, you’ll head into a waiting room. Go into the green lit door on the left of the room to find this on a desk.

- Outfit: Drax: Nova Crops – In the same room as the previous collectible, you’ll have to shoot the yellow vent door. Have Rocket go through and he will reroute the power. After that, turn on your visor and reroute the power to the other door in the waiting room. This outfit is in this room.

- Guardian Collectible: Cold Case File – After the previous collectible, reroute the power to open the big door in the waiting room and exit. Follow the hallway to the control room with several workstations and the big yellow screen at the front of the room. This will be on the floor on the left side of the room on the ground.

- Archives: Elevator A23 – Leave the control room from the previous collectible and you’ll come to a red lit area of the hallway. This collectible is on the ground to the immediate right next to a pile of debris.

- Archives: Memo: Suit Protocol – This is in the blue lit room with the one centurion armor in the middle of the room. This is found to right of the room from the entrance on a console.

- Outfit: Groot: Nova Corps – Fight through a few waves of enemies and you will eventually come into a yellow lit room with a few forklifts in there. This outfit is found behind a forklift in the back right corner of the room.

Chapter 6

- Archives: Egghead Reviews: Mant-Blows – Continue on Knowhere until you come to a cutscene where Drax tells you he is leaving. This will be after meeting Mantis for the first time. After the scene where Drax leaves, turn around right and go through the doors to the bar. This collectible is on the far end of the counter to your immediate left when you enter the bar.

- Archives: Overhead – From the previous collectible, turn around and leave the bar through the doors in the back of the bar. There is a blue/purple sign with alien language above the door. After exiting the door turn right and go past the vending machine with the different colored spheres. Go down the stairs and turn right down another set of stairs at the bright red NPC. Follow the walkway until you see the collectible on a small yellow crate.

The following collectibles cost credits. If you have not earned the “Galactic Frugality” Trophy/Achievement, you should not buy these collectibles. You will need to save all your credits for Chapter 9 where you are able to pay off the fine. Don’t worry, you will not miss out on the collectible related Trophies and Achievements by skipping the following collectibles. I’ve listed them for the completionists out there.

- Galactic Compendium Item: Knowhere Lottery Ticket – From the previous collectible, turn around and go back the way you came. Turn right when you get to the bright red NPC. Follow this path until you see an egg shaped vending machine. You can buy the Lottery Ticket from this vending machine. It will cost 1,000 credits.

- Galactic Compendium Item: Nova Force Lock Disabler – While facing the Lottery vending machine from the previous, turn around run to back left corner to the Junk Dealer. His area is marked with two big yellow diamonds above his shop. This collectible is bought from the Junk Dealer for 1,500 credits.

- Guardian Collectible: Collector’s Emporium Ticket – From the Junk Dealer, turn around you should see a hologram of a giant head that says “Collector’s Emporium.” Head straight to that sign and enter the shop. The ticket can be bought from the green vending machine at the entrance of the Collector’s shop. This will cost 5,000 credits.

- Guardian Collectible: Collector’s Emporium Doll – From the green vending machine, go to the right and speak with the smaller hologram in the shop. This collectible can be bought for 2,000 credits.

- Galactic Compendium Item: Plush Knowbody/Skaggler Doll/Shoomy-Gorath Dangler – With this side of Knowhere complete, head back to where you exited the bar earlier. When you get to the vending machine with colored spheres that we passed earlier, head up the stairs to the left. At the top of the stairs, go up another set of stairs on the left. At the top of the second set of stairs, follow the path to the right and you’ll see a white vending machine with a neon pink sign above it in an alien language. You can only get one of the three plushes per playthrough. They cost 750 credits. Each one of the plushes counts as a different collectible, so it would take three playthroughs to collect them all.

The rest of the collectibles do not require credits. They can be collected like normal.

- Archives: Egghead Reviews Spirit Tree – From the previous collectible at the plush vending machine, turn around to face the big pink tree. Go up the small stairway on the platform with the pink tree to find this on the ground on the right side.

- Outfit: Star-Lord: Guardians of the Galaxy (2014) – From the previous collectible, turn around and look over the railing. You should see a grouping of red pipes below. Jump down over the railing and onto the red pipes. Go under the staircase on the red pipes to find this outfit.

- Archives: Nothing – From the previous outfit, hop over the railing to get back on the walkway. Go back up the stairs back toward the plush vending machine. Take walk way to left of the machine to find Drax standing at the railing. When standing behind Drax, go to the yellow platform on the right. It is on the ground to the right of the two NPCs.

Chapter 7

- Archives: Warning – After restoring the gravity and using your new electricity ammo to open the door, follow the path. This collectible will be about halfway down the path on the ground to the right.

- Archives: Cadet Gold’s Attendance – Continue on the path from the previous collectible until you see a section you can squeeze through straight ahead and a locked door on the right. Go to the locked door and press Triangle/Y to use Nikki’s passkey that you got in chapter 2. If you didn’t get this passkey, you’ll miss this collectible. Enter the room and destroy the brittle material. Squeeze through and then crouch under the obstacle. Continue on this path to the very end to find this collectible on the ground.

- Guardian Collectible: Drax’s Rap Sheet – From the previous collectible, turn around and look up to see some brittle material. Shoot the material to drop some crates. Use the crates to jump up on to the upper floor. Once up here, take the path to the right and follow the hallway around until you see this on the ground.

- Outfit: Rocket Nova Corps – Eventually, you find yourself in a circular room that turn out to be an elevator that you ride up. You’ll face two groups of enemies on this elevator. After beating the second group of enemies, you’ll need to reroute the circuits again. There are three rooms off to the side that you can enter. Rocket will be in one room on a terminal leaving two more rooms. To find this, enter the room to the left of the room that Rocket is in. Enter the room and use your visor to find the platform that you can command Groot to raise. Stand on the platform and have Groot raise it up. Jump across to the other floor and enter the open vent. Follow the vent path into another room. Use the electric ammo to reroute the power to a locked door in the back of the room. Enter the locked room to find this outfit.

- Outfit: Gamora: Nova Corps – After the Centurion battle, you’ll be searching for Nikki. You’ll eventually go down three flights of stairs and then you’ll see some electrified water. Use your visor to see where the circuit is. Shoot it with the electric ammo to reroute the power. Go down into the water and command Gamora to cut through the blue and yellow pipes revealing the outfit box.

- Galactic Compendium Item: Chewbacca Toy – This is picked up automatically in a cut scene.

- Archives: So Many Thoughts – This is found in Nikki’s room with the Chewbacca toy on a red circular chair to your right after the cutscene.

- Archives: Urgent Quarantine Warning – As soon as you leave Nikki’s room and crouch through the vent, look to your right to see this on a yellow crate.

- Guardian Collectible: Galactic War Commendation – This is found in Ko-Rel’s office on the ground behind a flag behind her desk. The story will take you here.

- Archives: Upcoming Accuser Visit – This is also found in Ko-Rel’s office in the room on the right in a side room next to a yellow bed.

- Archives: Golden Showers – After the fight against the Inquisitor, you will eventually come to a room with a terminal and a big spherical map of the Worldmind. Go to the right side of the room in the back to find this.

- Archives: Cycle Reminders – This is in the same room as the previous collectible but on the left side of the room.

Chapter 8

- Outift: Star-Lord: Bad-Lord – You will eventually come to a scene where Drax will jump down into a red liquid that Rocket says not to jump in. Jump in after Drax and crouch through the small opening and down the path. At the bottom of the path, look to your immediate right and command Drax to pick up the pillar. Have him place the pillar in front of the exit you just came out of. Jump up to the top of the pillar and then jump over the ledge to find this outfit.

- Archives: RE: She Has Come! – Continue through the chapter until you reach a room where a cutscene will play where Rocket will be hacking a terminal as the Guardians discuss “The Promise.” When that cutscene ends, turn around and run straight back to find this on a desk.

- Guardian Collectible: Deep Mine Device – From the previous collectible, continue on into the next room. Continue straight until you see a work bench. To the right of the work bench is a stack of big gears. Jump onto the stack of gears and then jump up on to higher level. This is to the right.

- Archives: Notice Malfunction – In the same room as the previous collectible you will need to find a battery in order to open the door to continue the story. When facing the door, go right to find a dead Inquisitor enemy. The battery you need is to the left of the Inquisitor and the collectible will be on the right side.

- Outfit: Drax: Cage Match – Continue on through the chapter and you eventually come to a gameplay section where you will ride three flying platforms. After the third platform lands and you get off, you’ll be in a large circular room. Turn around and go around to the back side of the room to find this behind some boxes.

Chapter 9

- Galactic Compendium Item: Deep Mine Device – As soon as you gain control of Peter aboard the Milano, go into Rocket’s room and interact with this on his desk. Rocket will then come in and have a conversation with you about the item. Make sure to exhaust all dialogue options here. You will need to have picked this up in Chapter 8 in order for it to be in Rocket’s room now.

- Galactic Compendium Item: Galactic War Commendation – Exit Rocket’s room from the previous collectible and enter Peter’s room. It is on a small black box in the corner. Gamora will then come in and have a conversation with you about the item. Make sure to exhaust all dialogue options here. You will need to have picked this up in Chapter 7 in order for it to be in Peter’s room now.

- Galactic Compendium Item: Collector’s Emporium Doll – Exit Peter’s room and go into Gamora’s room. This will be on her bed. Gamora will then come in and have a conversation with you about the item. Make sure to exhaust all dialogue options here. You will need to have bought this in Chapter 6 in order for it to be in Gamora’s room now.

- Galactic Compendium Item: Drax’s Rap Sheet – Exit Gamora’s room and enter Drax’s room. His rap sheet is laying on his bed. Drax will then come in and have a conversation with you about the item. Make sure to exhaust all dialogue options here. You will need to have picked this up in Chapter 7 in order for it to be in Drax’s room now.

- Galactic Compendium Item: Cold Case File – Exit Drax’s room and go downstairs to where Groot hangs out. This will be on the left on top of a big yellow box. Groot will then come in and have a conversation with you about the item. Make sure to exhaust all dialogue options here. You will need to have picked this up in Chapter 5 in order for it to be in Groot’s space now.

Chapter 10

- Outfit: Gamora: Five Horseman of the Apocalypse – After exiting the Milano, you’ll meet up with Mantis and she will take you to a cave. Inside the cave you will cross a small river. At the river, turn right and run behind the waterfall to find this outfit. It wouldn’t be a game without a collectible behind a waterfall, now would it?

- Archives: A Foggy Theory – After the the fight against the Slakebeast, you’ll exit the battle area by jumping down a short ledge. Once you do that look to the left to see a space you can squeeze through. Go through and jump across the gap on the left. Crouch under some crystals and climb up a few ledges. This collectible will be on a ledge on the ground.

- Guardian Collectible: Mourning Candle – From the previous collectible, continue up this path and look to your right at the top. It’ll be on the ground next to the light blue growth.

- Outfit: Rocket: Hero of Halfworld – After the battle against the three Ogrode monsters, do not leave this area. The story will progress by you pushing aside some crystals. Don’t leave yet. Look at the wall with the big stone faces and you should notice a small hole that you can send Rocket into. Send him in and he will blow open the wall for you to enter. Go in and squeeze through wall into the room with the green gas. Use the ice ammo type to seal the gas leaks and then jump across the gap. Command Groot to raise the platform while standing on it. At the top go down the path and look to the right to see a ledge you can jump up to. Look to your right again to see another ledge you can climb up. Shimmy across the narrow ledge to the outfit container.

- Guardian Collectible: Meditation Stone – After the second fight against the Ogrode enemies, don’t leave this area. Look for the big face carved into the wall with a wind ammo type target on its face. Use your wind ammo type on it to reveal a wall of the brittle material. Destroy the material and crouch through the new hole. Enter another gas filled room and use your ice ammo on the gas leaks again. Continue down the path in this area after sealing the gas leaks to find this collectible on the right side at the end.

- Archives: Pip’s Quips – Continue on from the previous collectible by following the story path. You will eventually come to a rock that you can squeeze through. Just to the right of this is the collectible on the ground.

- Outfit: Groot: Anhelation Conquest Suit – Continue on in the chapter until you fall through the ground and are in a dark cavern that Groot will illuminate. Stick to the wall on the right and follow it until you see a purple hole in the wall that you can squeeze through. Go through and pick up the outfit. The exit is also a hole that you can squeeze through, but you can see the outfit box through the hole before you squeeze through. So make sure to check before going through.

Chapter 11

There are no collectibles in chapter 11.

Chapter 12

- Galactic Compendium Item: Meditation Stone – As soon as you gain control of Peter aboard the Milano, go into Gamora’s room and interact with this on the shelf under her weapons. Gamora will then come in and have a conversation with you about the item. Make sure to exhaust all dialogue options here. You will need to have picked this up in Chapter 10 in order for it to be in Gamora’s room now.

- Galactic Compendium Item: Mourning Candle – Exit Gamora’s room and enter Drax’s room. Interact with this on his shelf. Drax will then come in and have a conversation with you about the item. Make sure to exhaust all dialogue options here. You will need to have picked this up in Chapter 10 in order for it to be in Drax’s room now.

- Outfit: Drax: Thanos Imperative – This is in the same area as the first combat section of this chapter. After beating the enemies, look for a big yellow container that you can command Drax to pull. After he pulls it out, climb up on top of it and get on top of the vehicle the box was pulled out of.

- Archives: Knowhere Safe – Jump down from the previous collectible and continue on the story path. This will be on the left side of the area on a yellow box on top of a stack of pallets. Make sure you get this before getting on the elevator.

- Archives: A Prophetic Convergence – Go down the elevator and then look for this inside a semi circular desk on the right shortly after getting off the elevator.

- Outfit: Rocket: The Smuggler – This is in the same area as the previous collectible. Continue on and you’ll fight a few enemies. After that, you’ll need to squeeze through a tight space in the wall to continue the story. Before squeezing through, look to the right to see the outfit container behind a wall. Use the wind ammo type on the wall to destroy it.

- Archives: Egghead Reviews: That’s More Like It – Squeeze through the wall from the previous collectible. Use your wind ammo to reveal the gate and climbing spot for Gamora. Climb up and over to the other side. There will be a gate that you’ll need to destroy with your wind ammo to let your team through. When facing that gate, look to the left to find this.

- Archives: Reply: Missing Persons Report – Continue on the story path from the precious collectible. Keep going until you come to a point where you need to command Gamora to cut down some pipes. Go to the left from the pipes to find this on the ground in front of some vending machines.

- Guardian Collectible: Glarnot Mask – From the previous collectible, go to the left of the vending machines to find a section that you can slide down. Slide down and then climb up the yellow marked ledges. Use your ice ammo to seal the gas leaks across the gap. Jump across and pick this up off the ground.

- Outfit: Groot: Impaler – Loop back around to the area where the pipes are that you need Gamora to cut. Cut them down and continue on the path until you reach the area where you need to help Drax push debris aside. Before pushing the debris, look to the left across a gap for a target that wind ammo can be used on. Use the ammo to pull down the wall and reveal a spot for Groot to make a bridge. Command Groot to make a bridge and go across. Shoot down the panel above the door with normal ammo and then use electric ammo to open the door. Go through the door and shoot the yellow vent cover and command Rocket to go in. He will turn off the electricity and then you can now cross the water and pick this up.

- Outfit Gamora: Casual Kill – Continue playing through the chapter until you come to a section where you have to command Drax to punch a hole in the ground. Slide down the newly formed hole courtesy of Drax and immediately turn around. Crouch through the vent to find this outfit.

- Outfit: Star-Lord: Apocalypse-Lord – Continue on in the chapter until you reach the circular sand pit area where you will fight several enemies. After combat, you’ll need to command Drax to pick up a pillar and move it to one of the higher walkways in order for you to get out of this area. Climb up the pillar and look to your right. You should see a spot on a red wall where you can command Gamora to climb up and give you a boost. Jump up to Gamora and then jump up to the right to reach another walkway. The outift is up here.

- Archives: Investigating the Hand – From the previous collectible, jump back down and go just a little bit forward across the path that falls after crossing it. There will be stairs to your left and a stack of black pipes that is laying down to the right. Hop over the black pipes and go past the workbench until you see a platform on the ground that you can command Groot to raise up. You can use your visor if you don’t see it. Stand on the platform and have Groot raise it up to find this collectible on a crate next to two blue barrels.

- Archives: Work-Related Death Report – Jump back down from the previous collectible and go down the stairs. Jump across the gap and go to the top left corner of this area to find this collectible. Do not squeeze through the wall before picking up.

Chapter 13

- Galactic Compendium Item: Glarnot Mask – After you crash land the Milano, you’ll still be able to walk around it. Go into Rocket’s room and interact with this on his desk. Rocket will then come in and have a conversation with you about the item. Make sure to exhaust all dialogue options here. You will need to have picked this up in Chapter 12 in order for it to be in Rocket’s room now.

- Outfit: Gamora: Black Vortex – After the first combat section, there will be a wall of ice that you need to command Gamora to cut through. Before doing that, look to the right to see a wall that you can command Gamora to climb up. Command her to climb and then jump up onto the cliff. Jump across the gap to get this.

- Outfit: Groot: Five O’Clock Sprouts – Continue on in the chapter until you shimmy across a ledge and into a cave. As soon as you enter the cave, go around the corner to the right to find this.

- Guardian Collectible: Xatar’s Blade – Exit the cave from the previous collectible and complete the following combat section. After that, Groot will automatically make a bridge. Cross the bridge and you should notice a wall for Gamora to climb up. Command Gamora up and climb up to the top of the cliff to find this collectible.

- Outfit: Star-Lord: War-Lord – Continue on in the chapter until you jump over a big dinosaur like skeleton in a cave. You will have your lava ammo type by this point. After jumping over the big skeleton by shooting the ice on the roof, look up and to the left. There will be two more groups of ice that you can shoot. Shoot them to drop a platform that Groot can raise. Raise the platform up and jump across to find this outfit. If this outfit isn’t here, you may have already as a pre-order bonus. Check you outfit inventory for it.

- Guardian Collectible – Deeproot Plant – After exiting the cave from the previous collectible, you’ll have to hop over a log like obstacle. As soon you hop over the log, go to the right to find this on a small ledge near the ground.

- Archives: The End of My Hunt – From the log you hopped over, go to your left and jump up to small ledge behind three poisonous plants to find this on the ground.

- Outfit: Rocket: The Stinger – From the log you hopped over, you’ll notice the path kind of splits a little bit. Go toward the right and straight back. Go all the way to the back right corner to find this outfit.

- Archives: Wendigone! – After defeating the waves of enemies including the Wendigo leader in a circular area, you’ll notice some debris from a ship. Go to what looks like an old rocket booster part to find a platform that Groot can raise up. Have him raise it up and jump across. Walk across the top of the ship debris to find this on the ground to the right.

- Archives: Unsent! Major Setback – You will eventually come to a burned down camp with a survivor. After speaking with the survivor go up the path to the left to find this on the ground. Don’t squeeze through wall until you’ve picked this up.

- Outfit: Drax: Katathian Monk – Shortly after the burned down camp you’ll slide down slope. When you reach the bottom of that slope you’ll be in an area that will have three poisonous plants on the left side. Climb up the ledges on the left side behind the plants to find this outfit.

Chapter 14

- Galactic Compendium Item: Xatar’s Blade – As soon as you gain control of Peter aboard the Milano, go into Drax’s room. You can interact with this in the back corner on a box. This is only available if you picked it up in Chapter 13.

- Galactic Compendium Item: Deeproot Plant – Exit Drax’s room and go down stairs into Groot’s area and interact with this on yellow crates. This is only available if you picked it up in Chapter 13.

- Outfit: Star-Lord: Team-Lord – Eventually you’ll come to a hallway where a big fan is blowing that’ll require you to use wind ammo to pull up shields from the fan. At the end of the hallway, you’ll notice a walkway up above to the left. Climb up to it and then up to the next one to find this outfit.

- Outfit: Drax: Five Horseman of the Apocalypse – Continue on in the chapter until you reach a point where the walkway ahead of you will be bombed by ships flying by. This is after Peter gets his walkman back in a cutscene. After the bombing, Groot will automatically make a bridge for you to cross. Instead of crossing, look to your right and you should see the outfit container up on a ledge. Jump across the gap, melt the ice wall and follow the path up to the outfit.

- Archives: To Whom It May Concern – Continue on in the chapter until you slide down into some mines. While in the mines, you’ll need to freeze water in order to cross gaps. When you get to the second waterfall that you need to freeze, freeze it, turn on your visor and look to your left. You should see three more waterfalls that you can freeze. Freeze them and jump across them to reach a hole in the wall that you can squeeze through. Squeeze through it to find an area full of crafting components. This will be on the ground next to a body.

- Outfit: Gamora: Chosen Daughter – This is immediately to the left in the same room as the previous collectible.

Chapter 15

There are no collectibles in chapter 15.

Chapter 16

There are no collectibles in chapter 15.

All of the remaining outfits will be automatically unlocked while finishing the remaining chapters and game.
