Welcome to the Vampire Survivors Collection Guide!
This will list everything that is required to fully complete the Collection in Vampire Survivors.
The majority of the Collection will be automatically filled in as you work toward everything on the Trophy/Achievement list. However, not everything needed for the Collection is tied to a separate Trophy/Achievement. Also, some items are not required for the Trophies/Achievements below. Only the items/weapons from the base game are required for these. The DLC items/weapons are not needed for the Collection based Trophies/Achievements.
- If a weapon needed for the Collection is the starting weapon of a character, all you have to do is start a stage with that character and it will be added to the Collection.
- Picking up an item or weapon for the first time will add it to the Collection.

Weapons
Whip
This is unlocked by default as it is the starting weapon for Antonio.
Bloody Tear
This is unlocked by combining the Whip and Hollow Heart. It is also the starting weapon for Minnah Mannarah.
Magic Wand
This is unlocked by default as it is the starting weapon for Imelda.
Holy Wand
This is unlocked by combining the Magic Wand and Empty Tome. It is also the starting weapon for Leda.
Knife
This is unlocked by default as it is the starting weapon for Gennaro.
Thousand Edge
This is unlocked by combining the Knife and Bracer. It is also the starting weapon for Boon Marrabbio.
Axe
This is unlocked by default as it is the starting weapon for Lama Ladonna.
Death Spiral
This is unlocked by combining the Axe and Candelabrador. It is also the starting weapon for Mask of the Red Death.
Cross
This is unlocked by finding a Rosary during a run. It is also the starting weapon for Krochi Freetto.
Heaven Sword
This is unlocked by combining the Cross and Clover. It is also the starting weapon for Gains Boros.
King Bible
This is unlocked by default as it is the starting weapon for Dommario.
Unholy Vespers
This is unlocked by combining the King Bible and Spellbinder.
Fire Wand
This is unlocked after destroying 20 light sources. It is also the starting weapon for Arca Ladonna.
Hellfire
This is unlocked by combining the Fire Wand and Spinach.
Garlic
This is unlocked by eating 5 Floor Chickens. It is also the starting weapon for Poe Ratcho.
Soul Eater
This is unlocked by combining Garlic and Pummarola.
Santa Water
This is unlocked by default as it is the starting weapon for Suor Clerici.
La Borra
This is unlocked by combining the Santa Water and Attractorb.
Runetracer
Runetracer is the starting weapon for Pasqualina. It can be unlocked for other characters by surviving for at least 5 minutes with Pasqualina.
NO FUTURE
This is unlocked by combining the Runetracer and Armor.
Lightning Ring
This can be unlocked by killing 5,000 enemies. This is also the starting weapon for Porta Ladonna.
Thunder Loop
This is unlocked by combining the Lightning Ring and Duplicator.
Pentagram
This is unlocked by surviving for 20 minutes with any character. It is also the starting weapon for Christine.
Gorgeous Moon
This is unlocked by combining the Pentagram and Crown.
Peachone
This is unlocked by surviving for 10 minutes with any character. It is also the starting weapon for Toastie.
Ebony Wings
This is unlocked by leveling up Peachone to Level 7. It is also the starting weapon for Exdash.
Vandalier
This is unlocked by combining Peachone and Ebony Wings.
Phiera Der Tuphello
This is unlocked by surviving for at least 10 minutes with Pugnala. It is also a starting weapon for Pugnala.
Eight The Sparrow
This is unlocked by survivng for at least 15 minutes with Pugnala. It is also a starting weapon for Pugnala.
Phieraggi
This is unlocked by combining Phiera Der Tuphello, Eight The Sparrow and Tirajisú.
Gatti Amari
This is the starting weapon for Giovanna Grana. It can be unlocked for other character by surviving 15 minutes as Giovanna.
Vicious Hunger
This is unlocked by combining Gatti Amari Eight and Stone Mask.
Song of Mana
This is the starting weapon for Poppea. It can be unlocked for other characters by surviving at least 15 minutes with Poppea.
Mannajja
This is unlocked by combining Song of Mannajja and Skull O’Maniac.
Shadow Pinion
This is the starting weapon for Concetta. It can be unlocked for other character by surviving for 15 minutes with Concetta.
Valkyrie Turner
This is unlocked by combining Shadow Pinion and Wings.
Clock Lancet
This is unlocked by picking up an Orologion for the first time. These are the items that freeze time. It is also the starting weapon for Iguana Gallo Valletto.
Infinite Corridor
This is unlocked by combining Clock Lancet, Gold Ring and Silver Ring.
Laurel
This is unlocked by default from the start. It is the starting weapon for Divano Thelma.
Crimson Shroud
This is unlocked by combining Laurel, Metaglio Left and Metaglio Right.
Vento Sacro
This is the starting weapon for Zi’Assunta. It can be unlocked for other characters by surviving for 15 minutes with Zi’Assunta.
Fuwalafuwaboo
This is unlocked by combining Vento Sacro and Bloody Tear. It is also the starting weapon for Rose de Infernas.
Bone
This is the starting weapon for Mortaccio.
Cherry Bomb
This is the starting weapon for Cavallo.
Carréllo
This is the starting weapon for Ramba.
Celestial Dusting
This is the starting weapon for O’Sole.
La Robba
This is the starting weapon for Ambrojoe.
Greatest Jubilee
This is unlocked by beating the Directer. This is the final boss that appears in the Eudaimonia M. stage after you’ve acquired both the Seventh Trumpet and Gracia’s Mirror.
Bracelet
This is unlocked by surviving for 30 minutes with Divanno or Gallo. It is also the starting weapon for Gyorunton.
Bi-Bracelet
This is evolved from the Bracelet. It does not require other items. Level up the Bracelet to Level 6.
Tri-Bracelet
This is evolved from the Bi-Bracelet. It does not require other items. Level up the Bi-Bracelet to Level 6.
Candybox
This is unlocked by performing every standard weapon union/evolution. It is also the starting weapon for Big Trouser.
Super Candybox II Turbo
This will be RNG out of a chest after you have used Candybox.
Arma Dio
This can be unlocked by reaching level 40 while playing as Santa Ladonna. It will spawn on the map when you hit 40.
Pako Battillar
This is unlocked by killing 161,616 bats. Bats can be farmed on Bat Country, which is unlocked by reaching level 80 on Mad Forest Inverse.
Mazo Famillar
This is unlocked by combining the Pako Battilar and Hollow Heart. This is not required for the “Queen Sigma” Trophy/Achievement.
Victory Sword
This is the starting weapon of Queen Sigma. It can be unlocked for other characters by killing 100,000 enemies in a single run with Queen Sigma.
Sole Solution
This is unlocked by having the Victory Sword and Level 9 Torrona’s Box.
Flames of Misspell
This is the starting weapon of Avatar Infernas.
Ashes of Muspell
This is unlocked by combining Flames of Misspell and Torrona’s box.
Glass Fandango
This is the starting weapon of She-Moon Eeta. It can be unlocked for other characters by getting it to level 7.
Celestial Voulge
This is unlocked by combining Glass Fandango and Wings.
Santa Javelin
This is the starting weapon of Santa Ladonna.
Seraphic Cry
This is unlocked by combining the Santa Javelin and Clover.
Phas3r
This is found on Space 54 and unlocked for other character when leveled up to Level 7. It is the starting weapon for Space Dude.
Photonstorm
This is unlocked by combining the Phas3r and Empty Tome.
Passive Items
Spinach
This is unlocked by default.
Armor
This is unlocked by default.
Hollow Heart
This is unlocked by surviving for 1 minute as any character.
Pummarola
This is unlocked by surviving for 5 minutes as Gennaro.
Empty Tome
This is unlocked by holding 6 different weapons at the same time as any character during a run.
Candelabrador
This is unlocked by getting the Santa Water to level 4.
Bracer
This is unlocked by getting the King Bible to level 4.
Spellbinder
This is unlocked by getting the Runetracer to level 7.
Duplicator
This is unlocked by getting the Magic Wand to level 7.
Wings
This is unlocked by reaching level 5 with any character.
Attractorb
This is unlocked by picking up a Vacuum during a run. These are found by destroying light sources.
Clover
This is unlocked by picking up a clover dropped by destroying a light source.
Crown
This is unlocked by reach level 10 with any character.
Stone Mask
This is unlocked by finding it in the Inlaid Library. It will be marked on your map once you have that.
Skull O’Maniac
This is unlocked by surviving for 30 minutes with Lama.
Tirajisú
This is unlocked by surviving for 20 minutes as Krochi.
Torrona’s Box
This is unlocked by holding 6 different evolved weapons at the same time during a run.
Counterparts
Cygnus
This is a copy of Peachone. You will need to enable Arcanas at the stage select screen and then choose I Gemini. I Gemini is unlocked by reaching level 50 with Pugnala. Equip Peachone while this is active during a run and it will create the copy which is the Cygnus.
Zhar Ptytsia
This is a copy of Ebony Wings. You will need to enable Arcanas at the stage select screen and then choose I Gemini. I Gemini is unlocked by reaching level 50 with Pugnala. Equip Ebony Wings while this is active during a run and it will create the copy which is Zhar Ptytsia.
Red Muscle
This is a copy of Phiera Der Tuphello. You will need to enable Arcanas at the stage select screen and then choose I Gemini. I Gemini is unlocked by reaching level 50 with Pugnala. Equip Phiera Der Tuphello while this is active during a run and it will create the copy which is Red Muscle.
Twice Upon a Time
This is a copy of Eight the Sparrow. You will need to enable Arcanas at the stage select screen and then choose I Gemini. I Gemini is unlocked by reaching level 50 with Pugnala. Equip Eight the Sparrow while this is active during a run and it will create the copy which is Twice Upon a Time.
Flock Destroyer
This is a copy of Gatti Amari. You will need to enable Arcanas at the stage select screen and then choose I Gemini. I Gemini is unlocked by reaching level 50 with Pugnala. Equip Gatti Amari while this is active during a run and it will create the copy which is Flock Destroyer.
Levelin’Eh
This is a copy of Santa Javelin. You will need to enable Arcanas at the stage select screen and then choose I Gemini. I Gemini is unlocked by reaching level 50 with Pugnala. Equip Santa Javelin while this is active during a run and it will create the copy which is Levelin’Eh.
Items
Silver Ring
This can be found as a stage pick up after you have obtained the Yellow Sign.
Gold Ring
This can be found as a stage pick up after you have obtained the Yellow Sign.
Metaglio Left
This can be found as a stage pick up after you have obtained the Yellow Sign.
Metaglio Right
This can be found as a stage pick up after you have obtained the Yellow Sign.
Experience Gem
These are dropped by enemies when you kill them.
Gold Coin
These are dropped by destroying light sources.
Coin Bag
These are dropped by destroying light sources.
Rich Coin Bag
These are dropped by destroying light sources after you have reached level 5 during a run.
Treasure Chest
These are dropped by killing mini bosses.
Rosary
These are dropped by destroying light sources after your character has reached level 8 during a run. The higher your luck stat is, the more likely one of this will drop.
Nduja Fritta
These are dropped by destroying light sources.
Orologion
These are dropped by destroying light sources after you have reached level 4 during a run.
Vacuum
These are dropped by destroying light sources after your character has reached level 12 during a run. The higher your luck stat is, the more likely one of this will drop.
Floor Chicken
These are dropped by light sources.
Gilded Clover
This can be obtained randomly by destroying light sources.
Little Clover
These are dropped by destroying light sources. They can also be stage pickups.
Gold Finger
These are stage pick ups that are first only available on the Astral Stair stage. You just need to pick these up. You don’t have to reach Gold score when they are activated. It will become available on other stages after picking up Trisection.
Friendship Amulet
This is a co-op exclusive item. It will be a random level up option after reaching at least level 30.
Relics
Grim Grimoire
This is stage pick up relic that is found in Inlaid Library. It will be marked by a green arrow pointing to the west.
Ars Gouda
This is a stage pick up relic that is found in Dairy Plant. It will be marked by a green arrow pointing to the south.
Milky Way Map
This is a stage pick up relic that is found in Dairy Plant. It will be marked by a green arrow pointing to the south.
Magic Banger
This is a stage pick up relic that is found in Green Acres. It will be marked by a green arrow pointing to the south east.
Sorceress’ Tears
This is a stage pick up relic that is found in Gallo Tower. It will be marked by a green arrow pointing to the south east.
Glass Vizard
This is purchased by a merchant that is found near where you spawn on Moonglow for 10,000 coins. Once you buy this, the merchant will appear on other stages.
Golden Egg
These can be purchased from the merchant. The merchant will appear in other stages after you buy the Glass Vizard.
Mindbrender
This will be automatically given to you once you have filled 50 Collection entries.
Yellow Sign
This is found by following the path east in Holy Forbidden. There will be a green arrow point you to it.
Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane
This is dropped by defeating the Sketamari enemy in The Bone Zone. Sketamari will be marked on your map as a “?.”
Great Gospel
This is dropped by defeating the Ender enemy in Cappella Magna. Ender will spawn at 30 minutes after you have collected the Yellow Sign.
Gracia’s Mirror
This is earned by choosing, “Too Easy” in Eudaimonia M.
Seventh Trumpet
This is earned by choosing, “Too Hard” in Eudaimonia M.
Atlas Gate
This is will spawn during Boss Rash after surviving for 7 minutes.
Chaos Malachite
This will spawn as a stage pick up at 18 minutes in Bat Country. A green arrow will point you toward it.
Chaos Rosalia
This is a stage pick up on Astral Stair. An arrow will point you north east.
Chaos Altemanna
This is a stage pick up on Tiny Bridge. An arrow will point you west.
Trisection
This is a stage pick up on Astral Stair.
Brave Story
This will spawn as a stage pick up at 18 minutes in Space 54.
Apoplexy
This will spawn as a stage pick up at 9 minutes in Bat Country.
Antidote
This will spawn as a stage pick up in Whiteout.
Astral Stair Map
This is found on the Astral Stair stage. Take the bottom left door from the merchant and then follow the path to the map.
Randomazzo
This is found to the north on Gallo Tower.

0 – Game Killer
This is unlocked by defeat The Ender at 30 minutes on Cappella Magna.
I – Gemini
I Gemini is unlocked by reaching level 50 with Pugnala.
II – Twilight Requiem
This is unlocked by reaching level 50 with Dommario.
III – Tragic Princess
This is unlocked by reaching level 50 with Porta.
IV – Awake
This is unlocked by reaching level 50 with Krochi.
V – Chaos in the Dark Night
This is unlocked by reaching level 50 with Giovanna.
VI – Sarabande of Healing
This is unlocked when you unlock the Randomazzo.
VII – Iron Blue Will
This is unlocked by reaching level 50 with Gennaro.
VIII – Mad Groove
This is unlocked by reaching minute 31 in Mad Forest. You can use Endless for this.
IX – Divine Bloodline
This is unlocked by reaching level 50 with Clerici.
X – Beginning
This is unlocked by reaching level 50 with Antonio.
XI – Waltz of Pearls
This is unlocked by reaching level 50 with Imelda.
XII – Out of Bounds
This is unlocked by reaching minute 31 in Gallo Tower. You can use Endless for this.
XIII – Wicked Season
This is unlocked by reaching level 50 with Christine.
XIV – Jail of Crystal
This is unlocked by reaching level 50 with Pasqualina.
XV – Disco of Gold
