Welcome to the Vampire Survivors Collection Guide!
This will list everything that is required to fully complete the Collection in Vampire Survivors.
The majority of the Collection will be automatically filled in as you work toward everything on the Trophy/Achievement list. However, not everything needed for the Collection is tied to a separate Trophy/Achievement. Also, some items are not required for the Trophies/Achievements below. Only the items/weapons from the base game are required for these. The DLC items/weapons are not needed for the Collection based Trophies/Achievements.
- If a weapon needed for the Collection is the starting weapon of a character, all you have to do is start a stage with that character and it will be added to the Collection.
- Picking up an item or weapon for the first time will add it to the Collection.

Weapons
This is unlocked by default as it is the starting weapon for Antonio.
This is unlocked by combining the Whip and Hollow Heart. It is also the starting weapon for Minnah Mannarah.
This is unlocked by default as it is the starting weapon for Imelda.
This is unlocked by combining the Magic Wand and Empty Tome. It is also the starting weapon for Leda.
This is unlocked by default as it is the starting weapon for Gennaro.
This is unlocked by combining the Knife and Bracer. It is also the starting weapon for Boon Marrabbio.
This is unlocked by default as it is the starting weapon for Lama Ladonna.
This is unlocked by combining the Axe and Candelabrador. It is also the starting weapon for Mask of the Red Death.
This is unlocked by finding a Rosary during a run. It is also the starting weapon for Krochi Freetto.
This is unlocked by combining the Cross and Clover. It is also the starting weapon for Gains Boros.
This is unlocked by default as it is the starting weapon for Dommario.
This is unlocked by combining the King Bible and Spellbinder.
This is unlocked after destroying 20 light sources. It is also the starting weapon for Arca Ladonna.
This is unlocked by combining the Fire Wand and Spinach.
This is unlocked by eating 5 Floor Chickens. It is also the starting weapon for Poe Ratcho.
This is unlocked by combining Garlic and Pummarola.
This is unlocked by default as it is the starting weapon for Suor Clerici.

Runetracer is the starting weapon for Pasqualina. It can be unlocked for other characters by surviving for at least 5 minutes with Pasqualina.
This is unlocked by combining the Runetracer and Armor.
This can be unlocked by killing 5,000 enemies. This is also the starting weapon for Porta Ladonna.
This is unlocked by combining the Lightning Ring and Duplicator.
This is unlocked by surviving for 20 minutes with any character. It is also the starting weapon for Christine.
This is unlocked by combining the Pentagram and Crown.
This is unlocked by surviving for 10 minutes with any character. It is also the starting weapon for Toastie.
This is unlocked by leveling up Peachone to Level 7. It is also the starting weapon for Exdash.
This is unlocked by combining Peachone and Ebony Wings.
This is unlocked by surviving for at least 10 minutes with Pugnala. It is also a starting weapon for Pugnala.
This is unlocked by survivng for at least 15 minutes with Pugnala. It is also a starting weapon for Pugnala.
This is unlocked by combining Phiera Der Tuphello, Eight The Sparrow and Tirajisú.
This is the starting weapon for Giovanna Grana. It can be unlocked for other character by surviving 15 minutes as Giovanna.
This is unlocked by combining Gatti Amari Eight and Stone Mask.
This is the starting weapon for Poppea. It can be unlocked for other characters by surviving at least 15 minutes with Poppea.
This is unlocked by combining Song of Mannajja and Skull O’Maniac.
This is the starting weapon for Concetta. It can be unlocked for other character by surviving for 15 minutes with Concetta.
This is unlocked by combining Shadow Pinion and Wings.
This is unlocked by picking up an Orologion for the first time. These are the items that freeze time. It is also the starting weapon for Iguana Gallo Valletto.
This is unlocked by combining Clock Lancet, Gold Ring and Silver Ring.
This is unlocked by default from the start. It is the starting weapon for Divano Thelma.
This is unlocked by combining Laurel, Metaglio Left and Metaglio Right.
This is the starting weapon for Zi’Assunta. It can be unlocked for other characters by surviving for 15 minutes with Zi’Assunta.
This is unlocked by combining Vento Sacro and Bloody Tear. It is also the starting weapon for Rose de Infernas.
This is the starting weapon for Mortaccio.
This is the starting weapon for Cavallo.
This is the starting weapon for Ramba.
This is the starting weapon for O’Sole.
This is the starting weapon for Ambrojoe.
This is unlocked by beating the Directer. This is the final boss that appears in the Eudaimonia M. stage after you’ve acquired both the Seventh Trumpet and Gracia’s Mirror.
This is unlocked by surviving for 30 minutes with Divanno or Gallo. It is also the starting weapon for Gyorunton.
This is evolved from the Bracelet. It does not require other items. Level up the Bracelet to Level 6.
This is evolved from the Bi-Bracelet. It does not require other items. Level up the Bi-Bracelet to Level 6.
This is unlocked by performing every standard weapon union/evolution. It is also the starting weapon for Big Trouser.
This will be RNG out of a chest after you have used Candybox.
This can be unlocked by reaching level 40 while playing as Santa Ladonna. It will spawn on the map when you hit 40.
This is unlocked by killing 161,616 bats. Bats can be farmed on Bat Country, which is unlocked by reaching level 80 on Mad Forest Inverse.
This is unlocked by combining the Pako Battilar and Hollow Heart. This is not required for the “Queen Sigma” Trophy/Achievement.
This is the starting weapon of Queen Sigma. It can be unlocked for other characters by killing 100,000 enemies in a single run with Queen Sigma.
This is unlocked by having the Victory Sword and Level 9 Torrona’s Box.
This is the starting weapon of Avatar Infernas.
This is unlocked by combining Flames of Misspell and Torrona’s box.
This is the starting weapon of She-Moon Eeta. It can be unlocked for other characters by getting it to level 7.
This is unlocked by combining Glass Fandango and Wings.
This is the starting weapon of Santa Ladonna.
This is unlocked by combining the Santa Javelin and Clover.
This is found on Space 54 and unlocked for other character when leveled up to Level 7. It is the starting weapon for Space Dude.

This is unlocked by picking up a Vacuum during a run. These are found by destroying light sources.
This is unlocked by picking up a clover dropped by destroying a light source.
This is unlocked by reach level 10 with any character.
This is unlocked by finding it in the Inlaid Library. It will be marked on your map once you have that.
This is unlocked by surviving for 30 minutes with Lama.
This is unlocked by surviving for 20 minutes as Krochi.
This is unlocked by holding 6 different evolved weapons at the same time during a run.
Counterparts
This is a copy of Peachone. You will need to enable Arcanas at the stage select screen and then choose I Gemini. I Gemini is unlocked by reaching level 50 with Pugnala. Equip Peachone while this is active during a run and it will create the copy which is the Cygnus.
This is a copy of Ebony Wings. You will need to enable Arcanas at the stage select screen and then choose I Gemini. I Gemini is unlocked by reaching level 50 with Pugnala. Equip Ebony Wings while this is active during a run and it will create the copy which is Zhar Ptytsia.
This is a copy of Phiera Der Tuphello. You will need to enable Arcanas at the stage select screen and then choose I Gemini. I Gemini is unlocked by reaching level 50 with Pugnala. Equip Phiera Der Tuphello while this is active during a run and it will create the copy which is Red Muscle.
This is a copy of Eight the Sparrow. You will need to enable Arcanas at the stage select screen and then choose I Gemini. I Gemini is unlocked by reaching level 50 with Pugnala. Equip Eight the Sparrow while this is active during a run and it will create the copy which is Twice Upon a Time.
This is a copy of Gatti Amari. You will need to enable Arcanas at the stage select screen and then choose I Gemini. I Gemini is unlocked by reaching level 50 with Pugnala. Equip Gatti Amari while this is active during a run and it will create the copy which is Flock Destroyer.
This is a copy of Santa Javelin. You will need to enable Arcanas at the stage select screen and then choose I Gemini. I Gemini is unlocked by reaching level 50 with Pugnala. Equip Santa Javelin while this is active during a run and it will create the copy which is Levelin’Eh.

This is stage pick up relic that is found in Inlaid Library. It will be marked by a green arrow pointing to the west.

This is purchased by a merchant that is found near where you spawn on Moonglow for 10,000 coins. Once you buy this, the merchant will appear on other stages.
These can be purchased from the merchant. The merchant will appear in other stages after you buy the Glass Vizard.
This will be automatically given to you once you have filled 50 Collection entries.
This is found by following the path east in Holy Forbidden. There will be a green arrow point you to it.
This is dropped by defeating the Sketamari enemy in The Bone Zone. Sketamari will be marked on your map as a “?.”
This is dropped by defeating the Ender enemy in Cappella Magna. Ender will spawn at 30 minutes after you have collected the Yellow Sign.
