This fun and very addictive game has over 60 Trophies, but they are not difficult to earn. If you’re familiar with Vampire Survivors, you’re going to notice some similarities between this game, as well as the Trophy list. It almost works the same way as VS, but there are some differences to note.

Blueprints

In order to meaningfully upgrade your characters for future runs, you’re going to need to be building blueprints. Blueprints are dropped by killing enemies through out the various levels. What blueprint you get appears to be RNG based. These will look like scrolls of paper when they are dropped. Pick them up and they will unlock a structure that you can build back at your base. Unlike VS, there are some base building mechanics in Ball x Pit.

In-between levels, you’ll be back at your base rebuilding a town. When you’ve unlocked a blueprint, you will need the required materials to build the structure(s). These structures are key to succeeding in BP. Building structures will grant your character permanent stat buffs. You can also upgrade these structures to increase the buff that is given to your characters. Some of the structures are also homes for other characters. So, in order to unlock a new character, you will need to first build their home.

After building a structure, it will be under construction. In order to complete construction, you’re going to need to bounce your characters off of the structure. Each structure will have a completion meter on it. In order to fill that meter, you need to choose the “Harvest” option from the base building menu. Then, you’ll be able to aim where you want your characters to go in order to harvest. Aim them at the building that is under construction and the meter will increase each time a character runs into that building during the harvest. You need to make sure you are doing this often as the faster you complete buildings, the faster your characters will improve. The more characters you have unlocked, the faster a structure will be complete because more characters can be bounced off of them.

So, where you put your structures will matter. You need your characters to be able to reach them. If something is placed in the wrong spot, you can rearrange the locations of your buildings for no cost.

Characters

There are 16 character in the base game. The majority of this Trophy list is going to require you beat all of the missions with each of the characters. This might sound like a grind, but as you get stronger, the levels will become incredibly easy. There is even a structure you can build, The Matchmaker, that will allow you to bring a second character with you for a run. Beating a level while using 2 characters will count as completing the level with both for Trophy purposes. So, make sure to build the Matchmaker as soon as you find the blueprint so that you can severely cut down the character grind time.

Not only can you bring two character with you, but there is also a character, The Radical, that will play the game on its own when selected. That means you cannot control that character. It will choose the special balls, passives and what items to fuse while playing the level by itself. I have The Radical doing a run with another character as I write these very words. It’s not often a game will play itself, but if you’re not feeling up to a grind, you can literally set the game to do it on its own. The only thing with that is you need to make sure you have a lot of structures built and upgraded so that it is strong enough to win the level.

Balls

Just like with VS, you’re going to be leveling up during level runs and with that, comes new weapons. This time, the weapons are different kinds of balls. You’ll have special balls and passive abilities. You can evolve special balls and even combine them with other balls to create new weapons. There is Trophy tied to unlocking everything in the Encyclopedia, but that will mostly come over time as you work through this game and Trophy list. For the most part, all you have to do is select a passive or special ball during a run and it will be added to your encyclopedia. There are some that require you to go a little out of your way, but those ball combinations and requirements will be listed in the Ball x Pit Encyclopedia Guide.

Once you start building the house, you’ll then need to bounce characters off (via harvesting) of it in order to complete construction. Once a house is complete, the character will then be playable.

 Evolution

Create your first evolution

As you play through levels, you’ll get to choose what Special Balls you want to equip to your character each time you level up. You can also upgrade the Special Balls you have equipped by leveling up, or by picking up a Fusion Reactor. Once you have two compatible Special Balls at level 3, you can then fuse them together when you pick up a Fusion Reactor.

This is something that you will do a lot as you work toward the Platinum, but below are the item combinations for the default character you start with.

  • Bleed + Brood Mother = Leech
  • Bleed + Iron = Hemorrhage
  • Bleed + Poison = Virus

There are more combinations, but these are the ones you’ll be able to do when you first start out.

During a run, you’ll end up evolving multiple special balls. Once you’ve evolved 2 special balls, you can then fuse them together by picking up another Fusion Reactor. Doing so will also unlock the “Fusion Evolution” Trophy.

  Fusion

Fuse two balls for the first time

Fusing two balls is also something that you will do a lot during your run for the Platinum. This works similarly to “Evolution,” but you do not need to have both Special Balls at level 3. You can fuse any ball with any ball. You just need to choose what two balls to fuse when given the option after picking up a Fusion Reactors.

 Nosferatu

Create Nosferatu

In order to create Nosferatu, you’re going to have to collect a certain set of Special Balls, level them up to 3 and then evolve them.

Bleed Lv. 3 + Vampire Lv. 3 = Vampire Lord

Brood Mother Lv. 3 + Vampire Lv. 3 = Mosquito King

Egg Sac Lv.3 + Brood Mother Lv.3 = Spider Queen

Vampire Lord Lv. 3 + Mosquito King Lv. 3 + Spider Queen = Nosferatu

You can make this a little easier by starting with a character that has one of the required weapons by default. If you have the Matchmaker blueprint, you can even start a level with 2 characters. If you choose 2 characters that start with any of the required items, you’ll begin the level with 2 required Special Balls already in your inventory.

  • The Cohabitants – Brood Mother
  • The Spendthrift – Vampire
  • The Flagellant – Egg Sac

If you’re having trouble getting the required items, wait until you are later in the game and have collected the following blueprints:

  • Meditation Tent – Increase the number of upgrade choices when leveling up to 4.
  • Gemsmith – Begin each battle with a choice of an extra ball.
  • Jeweler Lv. 2 – Increase starter ball to Lv. 3.
  • Bag Maker – Add 1 ball slot.
  • Candle Maker – Fusion reactors contain a minimum of 3 free upgrades.
  • Gambler’s Den Lv. 3 – Gain 4 free level up re-rolls per battle.
  • Exorcist – Banish upgrades when leveling.
  • Matchmaker – Allows you to bring two characters to a level. Lv.3 of Matchmaker will also start your secondary character’s Special Ball at Lv.3.
  • Evolution Chamber – New balls all start at level 2.

These aren’t required, but they will make it much easier.

 Nuclear Bomb

Create a Nuclear Bomb

In order to create the Nuclear Bomb, you’re going to have to collect a certain set of Special Balls, level them up to 3 and then evolve them.

Burn Lv. 3 + Iron Lv. 3 = Bomb

Bomb Lv. 3 + Poison Lv. 3 = Nuclear Bomb

You can make this a little easier by starting with a character that has one of the required weapons by default. If you have the Matchmaker blueprint, you can even start a level with 2 characters. If you choose 2 characters that start with any of the required items, you’ll begin the level with 2 required Special Balls already in your inventory.

  • The Itchy Finger – Burn
  • The Embedded – Poison
  • The Shieldbearer – Iron

This is something that can be done earlier on in the game, if you’re aware of it and somewhat lucky with the RNG. But if you’re having trouble getting the required items, wait until you are later in the game and have collected the following blueprints:

You can use this get rid of items you don’t need.
  • Matchmaker – Allows you to bring two characters to a level. Lv.3 of Matchmaker will also start your secondary character’s Special Ball at Lv.3.
  • Evolution Chamber – New balls all start at level 2.

These aren’t required, but they will make it much easier.

 Satan

Create Satan

In order to create Satan, you’re going to have to collect a certain set of Special Balls, level them up to 3 and then evolve them.

Dark Lv. 3 + Charm Lv. 3 = Incubus

Vampire Lv. 3 + Charm Lv. 3 = Succubus

Incubus Lv. 3 + Succubus Lv. 3 = Satan

You can make this a little easier by starting with a character that has one of the required weapons by default. If you have the Matchmaker blueprint, you can even start a level with 2 characters. If you choose 2 characters that start with any of the required items, you’ll begin the level with 2 required Special Balls already in your inventory.

  • The Shade – Dark
  • The Spendthrift – Vampire

If you’re having trouble getting the required items, wait until you are later in the game and have collected the following blueprints. Charm will become available later on in the game anyway, so you’ll likely have some or most of these already:

 Soul Reaver

Create a Soul Reaver

In order to create Soul Reaver, you’re going to have to collect a certain set of passives, level them up to 3 and then evolve them.

Vampiric Sword Lv. 3 + Everflowing Goblet Lv. 3 = Soul Reaver

These are passives, so there are no characters that begin with these. You’re going to have to sift through the RNG in order to get what you need here. There are some blueprints you can build that will help make this a little easier to earn:

  • Meditation Tent – Increase the number of upgrade choices when leveling up to 4.
  • Candle Maker – Fusion reactors contain a minimum of 3 free upgrades.
  • Gambler’s Den Lv. 3 – Gain 4 free level up re-rolls per battle.
  • Exorcist – Banish upgrades when leveling.
  • Carpenter – Add 1 passive slot.
  • Antique Shop – Begin each battle with the choice of a passive.
  • Relic Collector – new Passives all start at level 2.

 Deadeye’s Cross

Create Deadeye’s Cross

In order to create Deadeye’s Cross, you’re going to have to collect a certain set of passives, level them up to 3 and then evolve them.

Diamond Hilted Dagger Lv. 3 + Ruby Hilted Dagger Lv. 3 + Emerald Hilted Dagger Lv. 3 + Sapphire Hilted Dagger Lv. 3 = Deadeye’s Cross

 Legion Slayer

Kill 100,000 enemies

You can check your progress toward this in Options > Encyclopedia > Statistics.

  Riches

Collect 5000 gold in total

This is an accumulative total. You do not need to have 5,000 all at the same time. You’re free to spend gold. The game will continue to keep track of the total. In order to earn this, you’re going to have to build several Gold Mines. Upgrade them to level 3 and then place them close to your team of characters. You can actually line the very front of the town horizontally and then start your characters at one end of them. Point the cursor slightly in the direction that the mines go and then bounce your characters off of them. They should bounce off of each one multiple times going down the line. You will need to collect 1,000 gold in one harvest.

 Bountiful Harvest

Collect 100 wheat in a single harvest

For this, you’re going to have to build several Wheat Fields. The Dense Wheat fields will yield the most wheat when harvested, so build those. You can also upgrade them to higher levels so that one plot will yield more wheat per harvest. Place them in a spot of your town where your characters will reach them and harvest all of your fields without getting taken to another part of town. You will need to harvest at least 100 wheat in one harvest.

 Trophy

Construct a trophy

A trophy blueprint is earned once you have beaten a level. Afterwards, you can build the trophy for whatever level you beat. At your town, you can then build the trophy.

Once built, the level completion trophies also give buffs to any character that has beaten the same level.

Monument

Construct an infinitely upgradeable building

Blue prints for infinitely upgradeable buildings will be available to collect during the final level, Vast Void. Once you have one, all you have to do is build it and complete construction. These buildings offer stat boosts to your characters and can be repeatedly upgraded to make your characters as strong as you want them to be.

This is the second option from the top on the left side bar or base building options. Each time you buy more land to expand, the price of the next expansion will go up by 100 gold. You will need to upgrade at least 5 times in order to earn this Trophy. You’ll need to do more than that in order to build everything anyway.

 Structural Power

Reach +5 bonus in any attribute from a building

As you complete levels and collect blueprints, some of the blueprints will be for structures that offer bonuses for your character’s attributes. Neighborhood

Build 15 housing structures

Housing structures are buildings that give you new characters. Characters are unlocked by finding and collecting blueprints during levels. Once you have the blueprint for a character’s house, you’ll need to build it. Once you start building the house, you’ll then need to bounce characters off of it in order to complete construction. Once a house is complete, the character will then be playable. The construction on a house will need to be fully completed in order for the housing structure to count toward this. Basically, you need to build each house for each character. This is something that you will have to do anyway in order to unlock the character related Trophies on this list.

 Fusion Evolution

Fuse two evolved balls

See the “Evolved” Trophy for more details.

 Scholar

Unlock every base game entry in the Encyclopedia

For the most part, the encyclopedia will be automatically filled in. All of the enemies will be added as you kill them. You’ll fill all enemy entries by beating all of the levels.

For the balls and passives, you will need to equip these during a run in order to get their entries. You’ll be fusing and evolving so many balls that the majority of these entries should be completed by the time you finish all of the levels with every character.

As for passives, they work the same as the balls. All you need to do is equip them during a run to get their entry. There are some passives that won’t spawn unless you have a certain ball equipped. There are also some passives that need to be evolved just like the special balls.

Once you beat a level, you’ll unlock more passives and balls. So, you won’t have access to everything right away, but they will all be available by the time you finish every level.

In order to evolve special balls and passives into other unique items, they need to be at level 3.

 Ballbylon Has Risen

Complete the game

In order to complete the game, all you have to do is finish the final level of the base game, Vast Void, with 8 different characters. This is something that you will have to do anyway in order to unlock the character related Trophies on this list.
