- Only available if you chose Squirtle as your starter.
- Raikou will roam around Kanto after beating the Elite 4. It can appear in any location as a random battle. The legendary dogs will change what area they are in, when you transition to a new area. So, you can enter and exit a building repeatedly to get them to change what location they are in until they are in the same area as you. Use a Repel. This will stop all other Pokemon from battling you. The legendary dogs will not be stopped by a repel. So, if you use one and then get into a battle before it’s up, it will be the dog. They will flee once in battle, so you need to make sure to use a Pokemon with high speed. If you can paralyze it, it will decrease the dog’s speed and that status effect will stay with it even if it does flee.
244 – Entei
- Only available if you chose Bulbasaur as your starter.
- Entei will roam around Kanto after beating the Elite 4. It can appear in any location as a random battle. The legendary dogs will change what area they are in, when you transition to a new area.
