Welcome to the Resident Evil Requiem All Collectibles guide!
This guide will cover every collectible that is required for Trophies as well as miscellaneous Trophies in a chronological order. The following guide is written based off of the Standard and Casual difficulties. Your collectible progress will carry over to multiple playthroughs, so if you miss something, you can grab it on the next playthrough. There is no chapter select, so if something is missed, it will need to be done a new playthrough. Everything covered here is listed below:

Wrenwood – Grace
File #1 – Investigation Report
As soon as you gain control of Grace, press the Touchpad to enter your inventory. Tab over to Items and then select the file from your inventory and examine it. Rotate it to and then interact with the photo. Read all 8 pages to “collect” the file.
File #2 – Wrenwood City Guide
Shortly after gaining control of Grace for the first time, there will be a map on a bus stop on the right side of the sidewalk. Interact with the brochure hanging next to the map.
File #3 – Hotel Pamphlet
This is found on the floor of the lobby shortly after using the Old Key.
File #4 – Notice of Closure
From the previous collectible, head to the back right corner of the lobby to find an office. This file is in a drawer of the desk in that office.
Wrenwood Hotel Floor Plan
This is found hanging on the wall to the immediate right of the previous collectible in the office.
File #5 – Alyssa’s Journal
This will be acquired automatically through the main story.
File #6 – Report on Victor Gideon
This will be acquired automatically through the main story.
Care Center – Grace
File #7 – Progress Notes
This is found on the table next to the chair in the room where you get control of Grace.
File #8 – Note on Cardboard Box
This is found taped to some boxes inside of the closet in the back corner of Room 202.
Antique Coin #1
This is found on top of a locker in the Nurse’s Station. You’ll need to climb up onto the cart that is on the left side in order to be able to reach it. You need to grab this before moving the cart over to grab the screwdriver.
Care Center – Leon
Mr. Raccoon #1
Shortly after cutting the lock off of the door with the chainsaw, you’ll come to a smaller room. This Raccoon will be on the mantle of a fireplace just before going up some stairs.
Care Center – Grace
File #9 – Care Center Pamphlet
Once you regain control of Grace, head down the stairs and go through the door with the engravings on it. This is the Guard Office. This file will be on the table to your immediate left as you enter that room.
Antique Coin #2
This is in the same Guard Office as the previous collectible. It is on the desk directly across from the typewriter.
Out of Sight, Out of Mind![]()
Place any item in the big storage trunk in the Guard Office to earn this Trophy.
File #10 – Whiteboard Scrawl
This is found written on the whiteboard in the same Guard Office as the two previous collectibles.
Antique Coin #3
This is found at the end of the hallway after exiting the Dining Room. It is on a small table up against the wall just before the stairs.
West Wing Map
This is found hanging on the wall on the second floor shortly after the previous Coin.
Antique Coin #4
This is found on the piano keys of the piano found in the Bar & Lounge on the second floor of the West Wing of the Care Center.
Deadly Duet Singer #1
/ Antique Coin #5
The first of 2 singing enemies can be found in the Bar and Lounge on the second floor of the West Wing of Rhodes Hill. She will drop the Antique Coin when killed.
Safe #1 + Antique Coins #6, #7, #8
The safe is found behind the bar in the Bar & Lounge. Casual difficulty combination is L10 – R80 – L30. The combination for this safe is found on File – Bar & Lounge Safe Code.
File #11 – Folded Note
This is found in the white coat hanging in the Gallery near the Bar & Lounge. Interact with the note to unfold it and then read it.
File #12 – Copy of an Email to a Manager
This is found on a desk that is in the back right of the Chairman’s Office on the second floor of the West Wing.
File #13 – Note to a Chairman
This is found in the back office of the Chairman’s Office in a small trash can.
Pencil
This is found on the desk in the same room as the previous collectible. This is needed for another collectible.
File #14 – Chairman’s Note
This is found on the table in the middle of the first room in Chairman’s Office. You need the pencil to reveal the code.
Moon Quartz
Interact with the machine in the Chairman’s Office and input the code you revealed with the pencil. Moon – Star – Sun – Moon.
Red Jewel
This is found in the box on the table just before exiting the Chairman’s Office.
The red Jewel will open up a new area to explore. Use the jewel on the door in the hallway on the bottom floor that leads to the kitchen that we passed through earlier in the area.
Pantry Key / Order Up! ![]()
If you haven’t already, kill the chef. He will be walking through the hallways around the kitchen area. He is the big enemy with the knife that was in the kitchen earlier in the game. You’ll get a Trophy for killing him and he will drop the pantry key.
Antique Coin #9
This is found on the roulette table in the parlor after using the red jewel to open the door.
Antique Coin #10
This coin is found on the counter of the bar inside of the parlor.
Antique Coin #11
This coin is found in the big vase behind the bar in the parlor. Break it to reveal the coin.
You can spend Antique Coins on some upgrades while you’re in the parlor as well.
Stakeout Takeout Charm
This is found in the pantry. You will need to have killed the chef in order to unlock the pantry.
Mr. Raccoon #2
This is found on the front desk as soon as you enter the east wing.
Fatal Dose ![]()
As soon as you enter the Examination Room, crouch and walk straight over to the Hemoltyic Injector on the counter. Pick it up and then go to your left and press
to inject the enemy that has its back to you.
Safe # 2 / Antique Coins #12, #13, #14
This safe is found in the examination room on a shelf in a cabinet. The combination on casual difficulty is R30 – L10 – R50.
Blood Collector
This is found on a counter next to a sink in the Blood Lab in the east wing.
Blood Specimen Denatured Purple / Science! ![]()
This is found to the right of where the Blood Collector was. Pick it up and then interact with the analyzer next to it. Turn all of the atoms red in order to complete it.
File #15 – Blood Compound Synthesis
This is found on the opposite side of the table in the middle that the Blood Collector was on in the Blood Lab.
The Power of Blood ![]()
Interact with the bucket of blood next to the previous collectible. Then, head over to the lockers that were near the entrance of the Blood Lab. Open them and grab the Scrap from inside. From there, enter your crafting menu and craft something with the blood and scrap you have.
Internal Dispute ![]()
After killing the three enemies that are found in the hallway with the red light, there will be a door on your right. Enter it to enter the Waiting Room. There are 2 enemies in here. One is wearing black, and the other is wearing white and carrying pole with a blood bag on it. Do not alert them to you. Crouch walk over to a vase and break it by pressing
. Quickly get away from the vase as the noise will attract both of them over. When the two enemies are standing next to each other, throw an empty bottle at the enemy wearing black. This will cause the enemy in white to swing at the noise which will result in hitting the other enemy and the Trophy will pop.
Antique Coin #15
This is found on the table right in front of you as soon as you enter the Waiting Room.
File #16 – Safe Replacements
This is found on a stack of papers next to the open safe behind the counter in the Waiting Room.
Antique Coins #16 & #17
These are found inside of the open safe next to the previous collectible in the Waiting Room.
Mr. Raccoon #3
This is found on a table in the corner of the room just before going up the stairs in the east wing.
Antique Coin #18
This is found on table in-between two couches next to the previous Mr. Raccoon.
Antique Coin #19
This is found inside of a white vase that is across from the previous coin.
East Wing Map
This is found hanging on the wall at the top of the stairs from the previous collectibles.
Lockpick
Enter the Lead Researcher’s Office and go over to the side table on the left to find the first lock pick. From here, use it to lockpick any locked drawer to earn the Like Mother, Like Daughter Trophy.
File #17 – Lead Researcher’s Picture 2
This is found in the back room of the Lead Researcher’s Office on a dresser against the wall.
File #18 – Lead Researcher’s Picture 3 & File #19 – Lead Researcher’s Picture 1
Both of these are next to each other on the desk in the Lead Researcher’s Office.
File #20 – Lead Researcher’s Message
This is found on a side table to the right of the desk with the previous two files.
Level 1 ID Wristband
This will be on the floor on the body in the hallway after leaving the Lead Researcher’s Office.
Eye Spy Charm & Grace and Goliath ![]()
Immediately as you pick up the ID Wristband, you’ll be ambushed by the Chunk enemy. Use the Requiem to kill it for the Trophy. It will also drop the charm.
Now that we have the ID Wristband, we can enter a few locked doors in previously visited areas. We’ll get to that in a bit. For now, we’re going to finish up the east wing.
File #21 – Examination Room Safe Code
This is found on a locker that is laying down in the room where the Chunk enemy came from.
Antique Coin #20
This is in the Conference Room on a white desk right after you enter on the right.
Deadly Duet ![]()
The second of two singing enemies can be found in the same Conference Room as the previous coin. Kill her. If you already killed the first singing enemy in the west wing, the Trophy will pop here.
Antique Coin #21
This coin is dropped by the singing enemy when killed.
File #22 – Patient Medical Records
This is found on the desk in the back room where the singing enemy was found in the Conference Room.
Corrosive
This is found in the same room as the previous file. It is across from where the file is.
File #23 – Unlocking the Organ Transport Box / File #24 – Spencer’s Research I / Sun Quartz
Return to the Lead Researcher’s Office and head into the back room. Interact with the locked box and use the Corrosive on the lock to open it and get the file. Open the file and read the note on the left, as well as the pages on the right to get both notes. The Quartz will be inside as well. The combination is Star – Sun – Moon – Sun.
From here, it’s time do some backtracking to clean up collectibles in previously locked areas.
Blood Specimen (Converged) Green
Return to the Waiting Room and use the Wristband on the locked level 1 door to open it. Go inside and pick up the specimen off of the counter. Return to the Blood Lab to use the analyzer and get the new crafting recipes.
File #25 – Victor’s Journal Entry / Blood Specimen (Reversible) White
Use the Wristband on the door in the Blood Lab and go inside to find both of these collectibles right next to each other on a desk. Make sure to use the analyzer for the the new specimen.
File #26 – Construction Notice
Return to the west wing and go into the hallway that is south of the kitchen to find another door that requires the wristband to open. Open it to find this file on the wall to your left across from the door to the save room.
Wrench
This is found in the save room (Custodian’s Office) next to the typewriter.
Organ Transport Box
This is found on the back of a truck inside of the garage. You can reach the garage through the door near the Custodian’s Office save room.
File #27 – Bar & Lounge Safe Code
From the Custodian’s Office, go up the nearby stairs. Enter the Office and this will be on the first desk straight ahead of you as you enter.
File #28 – Background Check
This is found on a desk in the back right corner of the Office.
File #29 – Disposal Team Report
This is found on a stack of boxes in the back of the Records Room.
Mr. Raccoon #4
This is found on the counter of the Kitchenette. Go through the door near File #27 to find this.
Artificial Heart
Take the exit from the Kitchenette and go down the stairs. You’ll come down near Cold Storage. Use the Wrench on the door to enter Cold Storage to find this hanging in the middle of the room. NS
Hip Pouch Upgrade
As you make your way back through the west wing over to the east, stop at the Filing Room and use the wristband on the door to find this inside of the small room.
Artificial Lungs / ID Wristband Level 2
Return to the east wing and head into the Examination Room with the Artificial Heart and Organ Transport Box. Once there, interact with the Organ Transport Box to open it. We found instructions on how to open it earlier.
- Step 1 – Turn the circular dial to Hand
- Step 2 – Raise the switch on the right until it is level with the middle line
- Step 3 – Press button 5
- Step 4 – Press button 2
- Step 5 – Turn the circular dial back to Auto
Once you have the lungs, insert the lungs and heart into the body on the table. Kill the enemy when comes to life and then pick up the wristband off of the body.
File #30 – Double Mutation
Head to the room that is just south of the Blood Lab in the east wing. Use the new wristband on the level 2 door to access the Isolation Ward. From there, go into the office on the east side of the Isolation Ward to find this on a stack of boxes.
File #31 – Nurse’s Log
This is found right next to the previous file.
ID Wristband Level 3
Automatically acquired during the cutscene in the Security Manager’s Office.
Mr. Raccoon #5
Return to the Medication Room and use the level 3 wristband on the empty cell to find this in front of the bed.
From here, take the girl to locked box with braille on the buttons in the Isolation Ward. If you have not killed the chef or chunk yet, you need to do that now. Make sure you’ve completed everything you can in this area before bringing the girl to the locked box.
Care Center – Leon
File #32 – Satiety Suppression Medical Records
When you get control of Leon, progress further into the attic until you come to shelf you have to move in order to progress. Before moving that shelf, go to the opposite side of that small area to find this on a desk.
File #33 – Basement Safe Code & Weapon Part Compensator
Both of these items are found in the closet that is just before you head down the stairs after fighting the Chunk enemy. Use the hatchet to open the closet.
Tailor Made ![]()
Attach the compensator we just picked up from the closet to your pistol to unlock this Trophy.
File #34 – Dishwasher’s Note
As you exit the Chairman’s Office, go left to the closet at the end of the hallway. Use the axe to open it and find this file.
Mr. Raccoon #6
This is found in the locked closet in the Records Room. Use the axe to break open the closet.
Connoisseur Charm
This is found in the locked closet in the Pantry. Use the axe to break open the closet.
Care Center Basement – Grace
File #35 – Special Directive for Raccoon City
This will be automatically acquired during a cutscene at the beginning of the area.
File #36 – Report on Raccoon City Syndrome
This will be automatically acquired during a cutscene at the beginning of the area.
File #37 – Staff Member’s Last Words
This will be on the ground next to a body almost immediately after walking forward with Grace.
File #38 – Operation to Eliminate “The Girl”
This is found on a desk inside of the save room with all of the TVs.
File #39 – Unlocking the Cells
This is found in the Holding Cells on the wall above the lever you need to pull as part of the story.
Joint Plug #1
This is directly below the previous file.
Mr. Raccoon #7 / File #40 – Technician’s Notice
Turn around from where you got the Join Plug and head straight down the opposite side of the hallway. Insert the Joint Plug to open the door to the Workshop. Both of these collectibles will be straight in front of you on a desk as soon as you enter.
File #41 – Security Guard’s Report
Remove the Joint Plug and head south to the Furnace. Use the Joint Plug on the the door that needs power in the Furnace. Enter the now powered on door and make your way through the hallway to a more open room. There is a side room on the north side of this area. Enter it and look to your left to find this file on a desk.
Safe #3 & Raccoon Roundup Map
This safe is in the same side room as the previous file. It is on the desk directly across from the file. The combination on casual is R60 – L40 – R80.
Joint Plug #2
This is found in the same area as the previous two collectibles. It is next to the forklift.
Mr. Raccoon #8
Return to the hallway that has 3 locked doors near the Elevator. Use a Joint Plug here and all three doors will open. This is found on top of the TV that is playing in the Bunkroom. This room is the side of the hallway that has 2 doors.
Molotov Cocktail Recipe
This is found in the Bunkroom inside of an open box on a round table.
Square Socket Wrench
From the previous Joint Plug location, take the plug out and head to the distributor that is north of the Elevator. This is where you started this area. Insert the plug in that distributor and then go inside the now powered door. Push the crate out of the way and then squeeze through the fence. Once you’re through, go right to find this in a toolbox on the ground near the red light.
Forklift Key
Head to the Collection Pool and use both Joint Plugs on the Power Distributor in order to open the door to Processing. Head into Processing and you’ll come to this key on the ground next to a body that also next to a forklift.
Care Center Basement Floorplan & Hip Pouch Upgrade
Insert the Forklift key into the forklift and it will raise up what it is holding which will open the door. Go into the room and look right to find both of these next to each other.
Joint Plug #3
You cannot take the plug yet. Grab your two plugs from the distributor in the Collection Pool. From there, you need to head to the other forklift accessible from the Furnace. Once at the forklift, use the key and head into the area. Walk with the bodies that are hanging and then push a crate over. Go through the opening and then pull the lever to reverse the direction of the bodies. Now, walk with them out and up the path. Use the socket wrench to drain the water. Survive the combat encounter and then take the plug.
Star Quartz
This will be automatically acquired during a cutscene.
Care Center Courtyard – Grace
Antique Coin #22
After exiting, go down the staircase and look back toward the care center when you get to the bottom of the stairs to see 4 chairs. This coin is on the chair in the back right.
File #42 – Visitor Record
This is found on a wooden shelf as soon as you enter the house near the helipad.
File #43 – Note Regarding Research Results
This is found on the desk in the next room of the house, the VIP Suite.
Double Helix Model
This is found inside of the wine bottle on the right side of the room from the desk. Rotate the bottle and open it to get the double helix. Then, interact with the wooden stand in front of the desk and place the helix.
File #44 – Spencer’s Research II
After riding the elevator down, go into the next room to find this on the counter next to the stash box.
File #45 – Subject 170 Record
This is found in the back right side of Collection and Testing on a stretcher.
Floor Guide
This is hanging on the wall next to the locked door near the previous file.
File #46 – Grace Ashcroft Blood Analysis Report
Go up the stairs from the previous collectible. This will be on a desk ahead of you as you enter the Private Lab area.

This is found on a desk in the Private Lab. Just a few steps from the previous file.
Helicopter Key
This is found on the desk in the Private Lab in front of a computer monitor.
Care Center Courtyard – Leon
Mr. Raccoon #10
As soon as you get control of Leon, hop over the window and run straight across the roof. At the end, you’ll drop down and then head up some stairs. Do not go through the door at the top of the stairs. Instead, look out to the left where the railing of the stairs ends. Use the rifle you just got during the cutscene and look at the lights that are on the wall in the distance. This statue is sitting on the wall with one of the lamps.
Water Treatment Plant – Grace
File #47 – Roof Hatch Manual
Continue through the area until you lay Emily down. Then, pick this file up from the table with the typewriter.
Bring Out the Big Guns ![]()
After picking up the previous file. Make sure you pick up the Requiem ammo next to the typewriter as well. You’re going to need to have this weapon on you here. You’re going to be chased by the Girl that has been following you around. All you need to do is stun her by shooting her with the Requiem.
Crank Lever
This is found in the Filing Room on a shelf. It is needed for turning the power back on.
East Raccoon City
File #48 – Report on the Raccoon City Incident
This is automatically acquired during a cutscene.
File #49 – Raccoon City Incident Newspaper
This will be just a few steps forward after getting control of Leon on the right side of the street.
Mr. Raccoon #11
Turn right at the first intersection and then look left to see an open to door to the cafe. Go inside of the cafe to find this on a shelf behind the counter.
File #50 – Orders for the Engineer Corps
Proceed through the game until you come to a gate with a bomb on it that needs a detonator. Go over to the west side of that area to find a big blue tent in the Central Camp. Go inside that tent to find this file on a table.
Tactical Tracker
This is found on the green crate inside of the same tent as the previous file. You can pick it up after turning on the generator first. You can then buy weapons and upgrades from these crates by earning money for killing enemies. Buying an item or upgrade out of this case will unlock the Retail Therapy Trophy.
Cedarbrook Apartment Key
This is found on the second floor of the Logistics Warehouse behind the Central Camp. You need to shoot down the crates that are hanging from the ceiling and use them to climb up. At the top, this will be inside of a small and dark room hanging from the wall by a door.
Distributor
After climbing to the roof of the Logistics Warehouse, go left from the ladder to find this in a yellow crate.
Mr. Raccoon #12
After picking up the Distributor, you’ll have to use binoculars. After using those, turn around and aim with the sniper rifle at the van on the highway. Aim right through the elevator and you should see this on top of the van.
Mr. Raccoon #13
Use the Cedarbrook Apartment Key on the locked gate near the Central Camp and then enter the Underground Parking Garage. You’ll be given a prompt for stealth kill. Go into the door on your left from that stealth kill to find this.
File #51 – Battery Storage Locations
This is found inside of the box hanging on the wall in the flooded area where there is an enemy up against a gate.
Battery
Climb up the ladder opposite of the previous file. Drop down and make your way to the back of the area to find this battery on the wall in a room in the very back corner.
Valve Handwheel
Insert the battery you just picked up and then go through the nearby blue door. From there, make your way through to the Sewage Facility. Eventually, you’ll drop down off of a walkway. When you do, turn around to find this in a big pipe on some debris.
Battery #2
Use the Handwheel to open up the path. Kill the enemies and make your way through the linear area to a room up on the catwalk where the second battery is waiting on the wall.
BSAA Container Key
This will be acquired during a cutscene when approaching the bodies of the soldiers after using both batteries to get out of the garage. Turn to your left when exiting the garage.
File #52 – Inventory List
This is found hanging on a crate inside of the shipping container next to the group of dead soldiers.
Mr. Raccoon #14
This is found sitting in the driver side window of the bus next to the shipping container from the previous file.
Rusty Crank
Make your way through Cedarbrook Apartments. You’ll eventually drop down where you will need to kill a few enemies. After killing them, the crank will be on the wall. Use it and you’ll collect it.
Mr. Raccoon #15
After getting the crank, go back upstairs in the apartment building. Go out on to the patio and use the crank on the gate. Climb up the ladder and then enter the doorway on the right. Go right again and then go to the back side of the walkway on the second floor to find this in a refrigerator. If you’ve gone down the stairs, you’ve gone too far.
Broken Signal Receiver
Make your across the rooftops avoiding the artillery fire. This is found in a yellow crate at the end of this section on the rooftop.
File #53 – Engineer Corps Note
This is found right next to the Broken Signal Receiver on the rooftops.
BSAA Container #1
This is found on the east side of the map. There is a street with some destroyed cars that there is a path through. Make your way through the cars to the backside of a truck that has a ladder hanging from it. Climb up the ladder and then drop down to the other side to reach this container.
Mr. Raccoon #16
This is found on a shelf inside of the gas station.
Gas Can
This is found next to the generator at the front gate of the gas station.
Mr. Raccoon #17
After using the crane to bridge the gap back to the Central Camp, walk across the bridge and look down to the left to see this statue in the hole in the sewer pipe.
BSAA Container #2
This is found in the Central Camp next to the BSAA tent.
Mr. Raccoon #18
Go to the fenced in area near the crane we used earlier. You can climb up a ladder and drop into the area. There is a ladder that goes underground in this fenced in area. Climb down it and then follow the linear path. It will eventually take you into a second train car where this can be found on a seat.
BSAA Container #3 / BSAA Emblem Charm
Make your way through the subway until you come up some stairs. At the top, there will be a gate on your right and a path on your left. Take the path on the left and head up another set of stairs and you will be back outside near where this section of the game started. This container is down the street in front of the Applegate Hotel.
Mr. Raccoon #19
Return to the Logistics Warehouse Roof and fill the generator up there with gas. Open the gate next to it and then use the zipline. From where you get off the zipline, go left and into the hole in the wall on the right. Go up the stairs inside and then go right to the end of the hallway. Enter the room on the right and this can be found on a shelf next to some folders.
Relay
This will be in a yellow crate at the end of the Willis Tower section. The section is linear.
Road Rage ![]()
During the motorcycle chase with Victor, he will shoot RPGs at you. Just before he fires a shot, there will be a red arrow over him. You need to shoot him when this red arrow appears. You’ll have a multiple opportunities during the chase. As long as you’re shooting at him when he is ahead of you, you should have no problem getting this Trophy.
Raccoon City Center
Mr. Raccoon #20
Go forward immediately after getting control of Leon after the bike chase. Go straight across the area to the over turned tanker and look to the right to find this near the ground in the pile of debris.
File #54 – R.P.D Perimeter Report
This is on a crate in front of the statue near the left staircase in the Main Hall of RPD.
File #55 – Top Secret Operation
This is on the desk in the middle of the West Office. The door is right next to the previous file.
File #56 – Record of Events
This is found hanging from a chalkboard in the Operations Room.
Mr. Raccoon #21
From the previous file, look over to the left at the pile of debris to find this statue. It can be a little tough to see, but there is a board with a little bit of yellow paint above it.
File #57 – Scavenger Hunt – Clue 1
From the previous file, head south from the Operations Room to the room behind the locked gate in Reception. Shoot the ladder down and climb up. At the top, go straight back. Don’t go into the library. Follow the hallway around to the S.T.A.R.S. Office. This file is inside of the jacket that is hanging from the wall by the desks.
File #58 – Barry’s To Do List
From the previous file, go to the next row of desks to find this sitting on some books on the desk.
Power Shades Charm
From the previous file, go into the open small room across from Barry’s To Do List. Open the briefcase with code, RRR.
File #59 – Scavenger Hunt – Clue 2
This is found in a locker next to where you entered the S.T.A.R.S. Office.
File #60 – Library Card
This is in the drawer in the office directly across from the previous collectible. This took a second to load in on my game, so if the drawer is empty, just wait a bit.
Locker Key
Return to the Operations Room. Climb up onto the stack of metal in front of the chalkboard and then look at the TV hanging from the ceiling to find the key.
S.T.A.R.S. Emblem Charm
Now that you have the Locker Key, return to the West Office and use the key on the locker to open it and find this charm.

Climb up the ladder in Reception once again. This time, go right into the library. It is on the floor toward the back.
Mr. Raccoon #22
This is found on the bottom shelf of the bookshelves right next to the where the jack was. It is well hidden behind a pile of books on the ground.
File #61 – Photograph
Go up to the second floor of the library and then cross the walkway to reach the other side. This file will be in a book that is laying on the first shelf to the right. Open the book, inspect the photo and look on the back.
Orphanage
File #62 – Toe Tag
Continue through the section until you come to the Underground Chapel. Go behind the altar and the wall behind you will open. Go into that new room and pull the switch on the wall. This will open a gate along the side of the Underground Chapel. Go through the newly opened gate and interact with the coffin inside to open it and reveal this file. Flip the file over and read the back of it.
File #63 – Series 60 Results
After climbing out of the Underground Chapel, proceed forward until you see a door on your right that has green lights on it. Go through that door and this file will be right in front of you on the counter.
File #64 – New Researcher’s Notebook
From the previous collectible, go to the table by the next door with green lights on it in the same room. This is on the corner of the counter.
Raccoon City Center (Cont)
File #65 – Guide Pamphlet
After getting control of Leon again, make your way back to the Main Hall area on the second floor. Once you exit the waiting room, there will be a short cutscene where you see a helicopter fly overhead. From that spot, turn around to find this file on a chair right behind you.
Cute Bear Charm
Exit the RPD and then go left at the street to enter Parking Garage. As you enter go straight and then go right behind a box truck to find this on the ground.
Mr. Raccoon #23
As you make your way through Gun Shop Kendo, there will be cutscene. After that cutscene, turn around and go left to find an area off to the side. Look up into the window next to the Umbrella billboard.
Not Today, Buds! ![]()
After the boss fight, continue through the area until you are in a train. You’ll be attacked by the first seedling enemy. In order to earn this Trophy, you need to kill all 9 of those enemy types. The first one on the train has to be killed in order to advanced the story. The remaining 8 can be missed. After killing the one on the train, continue forward until you rappel down into a cave. The remaining 8 are all in this cave.
- You’ll be attacked by the first one as you make your way through the main path.
- 2 and 3 will be next to each other on the main path.
- The 4th one is down a side path that is to the left of 2 and 3.
- The 5th one will be on the main path shortly after dropping down a small ledge.
- The 6th one will be on the main path shortly after the previous one.
- The 7th and 8th plants will be on the main path near the exit.
Ark – Leon
File #66 – NO-AH Status Report
After beating the boss, you’ll go through a decontamination hallway. As you exit that hallway, keep going until you come to a window with paths going left and right. For this, go left and go through the door with the green lights. Interact with the screen on the wall inside of the save room.
Mr. Raccoon #24
Exit the save room where you entered and head down the hallway. Look behind the boxes and carts on the right of the hallway to find this on green crate.
File #67 – Raccoon City Bioweapon Research – Report
Proceed through the area until you go up a set of stairs with skeletons on either side. At the top of the stairs, go through the door on the right and interact with the screen on the wall.
File #68 – Product Catalog 2 (2026) / File #69 Product Catalog 1 (2026)
Both of these files are found in the same room as the previous file. They are on the opposite wall. Interact with both screens on the wall.
Ark – Grace
Safe #4
Progress through the area as Grace until you reach the save room. Exit the save room and make your way to the Sterilization Chamber. This safe is on a counter straight in front of you as you make your way through the red lit hallway in the chamber. The combination on casual is R10 – L90 – R20.
Item Override Key
This is found on a console in the Chemical Storage room. This room can be reached by going through Bioweapon Repository 02.
Magnetic Key
This is found on the wall behind you after using the item Override Key.
File #70 – Access Log: 51st Assembly Minutes
Use the Magnetic Key and then enter the next room. Go into the first door on the left and interact with the screen on the console to find this file.
Safe #5
This is found in the same room as the previous file. It’s just to the left. The combination on casual is L50 – R60 – L80.
Bottle of Acid Recipe
This is found in the same room as the previous 2 collectibles. It is just to the left of the safe.
File #71 – Sterilization Chamber Safe
Make your way through the Anteroom and go down the stairs. At the bottom of the stairs, there will be a big Umbrella logo. Go behind that logo to find the file.
Hip Pouch Upgrade
This is found in the first Umbrella storage unit to your left as you enter the Bioweapon Repository 05.
File #72 – Monitor Control Room Safe
This is found inside of the storage container in the middle of Bioweapon Repository 05 up against the west wall of the room.
Mr. Raccoon #25
This is found in the room you enter after leaving the Bioweapon Repository 05, the Operations Room. It will be under the big screen in the room.

This is found just a few steps away from the statue.
Animus Orb
Return to the Bioweapon Repository 02 area and use the Magnetic Key on the door to enter the Cleanroom.

After using the two orbs to open the door, enter the room and head over to the right side and interact with the only lit small screen. You have to get this before interacting with the screen at the front of the room.

The following sections with Leon will have Licker enemies. They will use their tongues from a distance to swipe at you. All you need to do here is parry that attack by pressing
just before the tongue hits you.
