- 0 – Online Multiplayer Trophies
This is an overall fairly easy Trophy list to complete. You can go about earning this Platinum in a number of ways. There are multiple Trophies that require full playthroughs in order to complete. You can do them all at the same time, or split the playthroughs up. It’s up to you. Once you know what to do and where the objectives are, Requiem is not a long game by any means. So, multiple playthroughs are not really that big of a deal, should you choose to go that route.
Collectible Playthrough
There are a number of collectibles that you will need to track down. Whichever route you decide to go, your first playthrough should be dedicated to miscellaneous Trophies and collectibles. Getting as many Trophies out of the way as you can, as well as finding all collectibles, can make other playthroughs easier. Not only that, but you’ll really learn the game, puzzles and where you need to go on this playthrough. Complete as much as you can here and you will earn CP (challenge points). These are used to buy bonuses. These bonuses can then be used on other playthroughs. Using special bonuses will not void any of the Trophies.
There is a Trophy for beating the game on Insanity difficulty. You cannot start the game on this difficulty. You will need to beat the game in order to unlock Insanity. So that’s going to be at least 2 playthroughs. Once you have that unlocked, you can then decide how you want to finish the rest of this list.
You can follow the Resident Evil Requiem Collectible Guide for the exact locations of everything required for Trophies.
Speed Run
There is a Trophy that requires you to beat the game, and make a certain choice at the end, in under 4 hours. 4 hours is plenty of time, given you know where to go for objectives and puzzles. During your speed run, you’re going to need to skip every cutscene and avoid as much combat as you can. If an enemy is in your way, shoot them in the knee to get them to fall. Don’t waste time trying to kill everything. Because you won’t be fighting as much, do not waste any time scavenging for ammo or other items. You need to just be running from objective to objective. Pausing the game will stop the time. But it has to be paused. You can’t be in the map. If you die, you will need to choose to load your most recent save file. Doing so will load you back with the time you had when you saved. If you choose “Continue,” the time you played up until you died will be added on to your clock. Always choose “LOAD”. Also remember, you have to choose to release Elpis at the end of your speed run. You will miss the Trophy is you choose to destroy it.
Insanity
Insanity is the hardest difficulty and it is unlocked by beating the game one time on any other difficulty. Enemies will have more health, you’ll take more damage, enemies will be more aggressive and there are some extra enemy spawns in locations that didn’t have them on lower difficulties. In addition to all of those, you will need to use ink ribbons in order to manually save the game. Fortunately, this can be made incredibly easier by spending CP earned on other playthroughs on special bonuses. You can buy infinite ammo and Resident Evil classic, the infinite RPG. The RPG can only be used by Leon, but the infinite ammo applies to Grace. So that means you can use the Requiem for the majority of her sections. Also, if you complete the speed run before doing your Insanity run, you will have unlocked infinite ink ribbons. This will allow you to be able to save as often as you’d like. The infinite ink ribbon will be in your storage when you start the new game.
No Health Items + No Blood Collector
There are also two Trophies for not using any health items and not using the blood collector. You can pair these together and get them both done in the same playthrough. Doing this on Casual difficulty can make things easier. You can pair these two Trophies together during one of your other runs if you’re trying to be as efficient as possible. These actually pair well with the speed run because you won’t be fighting as much. So the risk of needing health and crafting shouldn’t be high. But, if that’s too stressful of a playthrough, you can always do a run just for them if you’d like. Again, it wouldn’t be very efficient, but the game is not long once you know what you are doing.

Remarkable Agent
Complete the main story on Insanity difficulty.

- Infinite Ammo – Will help with Grace’s portions of the game. Can rely on the Requiem when she has it.
- Complete a speed run before this playthrough to get Infinite Ink Ribbons

Out of Sight, Out of Mind
Store an item in the item box as Grace.
As you progress through the game, you’ll come to safe rooms where you can use a typewriter to save your game. There will also be big trunks in these rooms that you can use to store items. In order to earn this, all you have to do is place any 1 item in any of these trunks while playing as Grace.
The Ol’ Fashioned Way
Use an ink ribbon to save at a typewriter.
Ink Ribbons are only available on Standard (Classic) and Insanity difficulties. On those difficulties, you will not be able to save your game manually without using an ink ribbon. You will need to use one every time you want to save your game at a typewriter. These are found scattered around the game just like other items. They can also be crafted if you have an empty ink ribbon. These are also found throughout the game. For this Trophy, all you have to do is find one and then save at a typewriter.
Like Mother, Like Daughter
Unlock a drawer with a lockpick.
This Trophy can only be earned while playing as Grace in the Care Center. There are drawers that are locked and can only be opened with a lockpick. Lockpicks are found throughout the Care Center. Once you have one, all you have to do is interact with a locked drawer and select the lockpick. There is no lockpicking mini game or anything else needed. If you come across a locked drawer before you have a lockpick, that drawer will be saved on your map. So, when you do find a lockpick, you can check and your map and return to it.
Fatal Dose
Defeat a zombie using the hemolytic injector.
This Trophy can only be earned while playing as Grace. This is an item that you can use to kill an enemy by injecting them. This is easily earned right where you find the hemolytic injector. It is found on the counter in the Examination Room in the east wing of the Care Center. There will be an enemy standing with its back to you right near the injector. Crouch walk over and pick up the Injector and then go to your left and press
Science!
Unlock a crafting recipe using analysis.
This can be earned when in the east wing of the care center. Go to the Blood Lab and pick up the Blood Specimen Denatured Purple. Then, interact with the analyzer that was next to it. Turn all of the atoms red on the model to complete the analysis which will unlock crafting recipes.
The Power of Blood
Craft an item using the blood collector.
This Trophy can only be earned while playing as Grace. The Blood Collector is an item that absorbs blood from buckets, blood bags and dead enemies. The blood you collect is needed in order to craft ammo and items while playing as Grace. The Blood Collector is found in the Blood Lab in the east wing of the Care Center. You can also get crafting recipes in that same room. Interact with the Analyzer and solve the puzzle. Once that’s done, and you have enough crafting materials, open the Touchpad menu and then tab over to the Crafting tab.
Blood! More Blood!
Use 300 microsamples of infected blood.
This Trophy can only be earned while playing as Grace. You will need to use the Blood Collector to collect blood which is needed for crafting items. Different craftable items require different amounts of microsamples. So, all you need to do here is craft items until this pops. The progress for this Trophy carries across multiple playthroughs, but 300 is not that much. You’ll likely get this without having to go out of your way for it.
Bring Out the Big Guns
Stun the Girl with Requiem.
This Trophy can only be earned while playing as Grace. the Girl is the big enemy that follows you in the Care Center as Grace. You’ll be able to shoot her as she chases you around, but this won’t be obtainable until you are in the fight against her that actually kills her. This will be at the Water Treatment Plant. You’ll need to turn on three switches in order to fully power on the area. She’ll be after you as you are turning on these switches. All you need to do is use the Requiem to shoot her until she stops coming after you and is temporarily stunned. There is Requiem ammo next to the typewriter where you lay Emily down just before the fight.
The Hunt Begins
Destroy one Mr. Raccoon memoriam.
See the Resident Evil Requiem Collectible Guide for all Mr. Raccoon locations.
Untouchable
Parry an enemy attack.
In order to earn this, you will need to press
Can I Borrow This?
Throw a weapon dropped by an enemy.
As you encounter enemies throughout the story, some of them will have melee weapons. They will drop these when they are killed. All you have to do is interact with a melee weapon that is dropped to throw it.
Chop Chop
Defeat three zombies with a hatchet finishing attack.
This Trophy can only be earned while playing as Leon. For this, you need to damage enemies until there is an
Retail Therapy
Purchase an item from the supply box.
You will first be able to earn this in East Raccoon City as Leon. You’ll come to a BSAA tent as part of the story. You’ll need to turn on a generator outside of the tent which will power the crate. After doing so, the Tactical Tracker will be on top of the crate. Pick that up. It will give you money for killing enemies. You can then spend that money at the supply boxes. Buying just one item out of a supply box will pop this Trophy.
Tailor Made
Upgrade a weapon.
This Trophy can only be earned while playing as Leon. This can be earned in the Attic of the Care Center. While there, there is a closet that can only be opened with the hatchet. Open it and it will have a Compensator in it. Equip that to your pistol and it will count toward this. If you don’t get this at that point, there are supply boxes later in the game where you can buy upgrades for all of your weapons. You can get this by buying upgrades from those supply boxes as well.
Road Rage
Stop one of Victor’s attacks on the highway.
There is a section of the game where you will be attacked by Victor while riding a motorcycle. Victor will shoot RPGs at you. Just before he fires a shot, there will be a red arrow over him. You need to shoot him when this red arrow appears. You’ll have a multiple opportunities during the chase. As long as you’re shooting at him when he is ahead of you, you should have no problem getting this Trophy.
Master Craftsman
Craft every possible item with Leon.
As the description states, this can only be done with Leon. You actually don’t need to find recipes for this either. You just need to have the materials required. There are only 9 items to craft and the progress for this Trophy counts across multiple playthroughs. You can keep track of how many you’ve crafted from the Pause Menu > Challenges > Master Craftsman.

Bang For Your Buck
Defeat at least three enemies with a single Requiem shot.
This can be earned with both Leon and Grace as long as they’re the one with the Requiem. The Requiem is very powerful handgun that can shoot through multiple enemies. Leon and Grace will alternate having it through out the story. There will be many combat encounters that have groups of enemies at 3 or more. So this can be earned whenever you’re able to line up three enemy heads and have the Requiem. When going for it, try to get at least three enemies to follow you and kite them into a doorway or narrow hallway so that they stay close together. For me, I was able to get this in the Logistics Warehouse as Leon in Raccoon City. a large group of enemies will spawn up from the ground as you walk through the warehouse. You can run through the warehouse, get them all to spawn and then line up three.
Cat Got Your Tongue?
Cut the tongue off a Licker β2 using the hatchet.
This can only be earned as Leon. This will take place much later in the game near the end in the Ark. You’ll play as Leon twice in the Ark. This will become available during the second Leon section. Licker’s will spawn and they will use their tongues from a distance to swipe at you. All you need to do here is parry that attack by pressing
Order Up!
Defeat the chef in the care center in the main story.
You’ll come across the chef as Grace in the west wing of the Care Center. You’ll first need to sneak by him in a kitchen in order to progress through the area. If you don’t have enough ammo when you first encounter him, that’s okay. You’ll be spending a lot of time in this area, so you can come back and kill him later on. But you have to do it before leaving the Care Center, so don’t forget to deal with him.
Deadly Duet
Defeat the two singers in the main story.
As you progress through the story, you will come across two enemies that are singing. In order to earn this, you will need to kill both of these enemies. Killing these enemies is optional, so you need to make sure to do it. The first singing enemy is found on the second floor of the west wing in the Care Center when playing as Grace. She is in the Bar & Lounge. The second singing enemy can be found in the Conference Room of the east wing on the second floor.
Grace and Goliath
Defeat a Chunk as Grace.
This is earned when playing as Grace in the Care Center. This takes place on the second floor of the east wing. You will need to pick up the ID Bracelet as part of the story. As soon as you grab it, the Chunk will spawn. It will slowly move toward you, so get some distance and shoot it until it’s dead. The Requiem is your best bet to large amounts of damage to it. Switch to your other gun if you run out of ammo for it.
Internal Dispute
Make a zombie attack another zombie in the hospital wards.
This is earned in the Waiting Room in the east wing of the Care Center as Grace. Before going for this, make sure to pick up an empty bottle and hold on to it. These are items that are found through out the game and can be used for crafting, or for distracting enemies. If you don’t have a bottle, you can break a vase in the room with the enemies. There are 2 enemies in the Waiting Room. One is wearing black, and the other is wearing white and carrying pole with a blood bag on it. Do not alert them to you. Crouch walk over to a vase and break it by pressing
Seasoned Pro
Defeat 300 enemies.
All you have to do here is kill enemies. This Trophy counter tracks across multiple playthroughs, but it can be done in a single playthrough. Pause Menu > Challenges > Seasoned Pro.
Not Today, Buds!
Defeat all the Plant 43 seedlings.
This is earned as Leon later on in the game after the Orphanage. You’ll have to make your way through a train car (main story path), you’ll be attacked by a plant enemy. This plant enemy is the first of 9 seedlings that you need to kill. After killing the one on the train, continue forward until you rappel down into a cave. The remaining 8 are all in this cave.
- You’ll be attacked by the first one as you make your way through the main path.
- 2 and 3 will be next to each other on the main path.
- The 4th one is down a side path that is to the left of 2 and 3.
- The 5th one will be on the main path shortly after dropping down a small ledge.
- The 6th one will be on the main path shortly after the previous one.
- The 7th and 8th plants will be on the main path near the exit.
No Safe is Safe
Open every safe in the main story.

Speed Demon
Complete the main story by releasing Elpis within four hours.
In order to earn this Trophy, you’re going to need to beat the game and release Elpis in under 4 hours. Remember, you have to choose to release Elpis at the end of your speed run. You will miss the Trophy is you choose to destroy it.
- Sprint from objective to objective
- Do not waste time fighting enemies
- Run past as many enemies as you can
- Do not waste time looking for items or ammo
- If you die, you need to load your most recent save. Do not choose “Continue”
- Pausing the game stops the timer
- Special bonus items can be used
- You can check your time at Pause Menu > Challenges > Speed Demon
Credit Where Credit Is Due
Earn 200,000 credits.
You will only earn credits while playing as Leon. You also wont start earning them until later on in the game. You’ll get the Tactical Tracker in the Central Camp of Raccoon City. Once you have this, you will earn credits every time you kill an enemy. The credits will be stored on the tracker until you interact with a supply box. Then, the credits will be transferred to your total and the counter for this Trophy will then be updated. The Trophy progress for this carries over across multiple playthroughs. This is something that will come as you work your way toward the Platinum across multiple playthroughs. Pause Menu > Challenges > Credit Where Credit Is Due.
Bloodlust
Collect 5000 microsamples of infected blood with the blood collector.
Microsamples are the total amount of blood you’ve collected with the Blood Collector. The counter for this Trophy will increase each time you collect blood. This can actually be farmed pretty quickly if you happen to not get it as you work through this list. Have two blood bags in your inventory and the collector (empty). Stand in front of a typewriter and save your game. Use the blood bags to fill the collector, load the save you just made and then do it again. You can repeat that until this Trophy pops. Pause Menu > Challenges > Bloodlust.
Model Mania
View all models.
Models are viewed from the Bonuses menu. There are 44 of them and they cost 100 CP each. CP are Challenge Points you earn by completing challenges and earning other Trophies. You will need to buy each one of them and then view each one. After you’ve viewed all 44, this will pop. You will earn enough CP to buy them all by earning the rest of the Trophies on this list. If you’re looking to make this Platinum as easy as you can, do not spend your CP on these until you’ve completed everything else. There are other bonuses that are valuable to have in order to make this list significantly easier.
Curator
View all concept art.
Concept art is viewed from the Bonuses menu. There are 56 of them and they cost 100 CP each. CP are Challenge Points you earn by completing challenges and earning other Trophies. You will need to buy each one of them and then view each one. After you’ve viewed all 56, this will pop. You will earn enough CP to buy them all by earning the rest of the Trophies on this list. If you’re looking to make this Platinum as easy as you can, do not spend your CP on these until you’ve completed everything else. There are other bonuses that are valuable to have in order to make this list significantly easier.
Never Touch the Stuff
Complete the main story without using herbs or med injectors.
In order to get this, you’re going to have to beat the game without using any healing items for both Leon and Grace. This can be made easier by playing on Casual difficulty. When your health gets to red, it will regen back to yellow after a few seconds of not taking damage. You will also get your health back when switching from Leon to Grace. While playing as Leon, you can also buy the body armor from the supply boxes. This will decrease the damage you take. Doing so will not void the Trophy. As Grace, you spend Antique Coins to buy Steroids, as well as craft them. Taking them will increase your health and will fill it if it is low. This does not count as a healing item. You can keep track of that by going to the Pause Menu > Challenges > Never Touch the Stuff. The counter must remain at 0.
Minimalist
Complete the main story without Grace using the blood collector.
For this, you can use the blood collector at all. This is needed to craft items, so you’re going to have get through Grace’s sections without crafting anything. The best way to make sure you don’t use this is by not even picking it up. Just ignore it on the playthrough that you go for this on. This is made easier by playing on Casual difficulty. You can keep track of that by going to the Pause Menu > Challenges > Minimalist. The counter must remain at 0.
