Downpour
Cog Tag 19
Make your way through the chapter until you have to find an entrance to the factory. As you progress through toward the entrance, you’ll pass through the outside of the factory along the water. There will be a building on your right with a “3” on it. Turn right at this building and follow the path onto the dock and go to the very end to find this tag.
Evolution
Cog Tag 20
Progress through the chapter until you reach the area where the floorboards you’re walking on can break. This Tag is on the right side of that same room. You can take the immediate right when first stepping on the boards to reach the area. The Tag will then be ahead. You can walk across the the small boards on the left up against the machinery all the way up. Once you reach the top, take the very last row of boards over to the Tag.
Coalition Cargo
Cog Tag 21
Proceed to the cart control room. After interacting with the control panel, exit the room and go down the small set of stairs and look to the immediate right of those stairs to find this Tag. Be careful not to get too close to the cart or the chapter will automatically progress.
Darkest Before Dawn
Cog Tag 22
Ride the platforms down. At the bottom, take the path until it splits into three directions Don’t go down either slope yet on the left. Instead, go right toward the closed door to find this Tag.
Cog Tag 23
After sliding down in the water, kill the enemies at the bottom and then head toward the stairs that are off to the right. This Tag is on the right of those stairs.
Cog Tag 24
Progress through the chapter until you see the Corpser. After that, look to your immediate right to find this Tag laying over by the railing behind a destroyed truck.
