Welcome to our Gears of War: E-Day Collectible & Hard Case Guide!
This guide will walk you through the locations of every collectible and Hard Case in order.
There are 125 Hard Cases to find in the campaign. These are yellow boxes that contain weapon and armor mods when opened. They’ll be added to your map when you are near them and a music tone will play. If you die after opening one, but didn’t reach a checkpoint, you will need to open the case again. So make sure to keep that in mind if you die. You don’t want to miss one that already opened due to a death.
There are 140 collectibles to collect in the campaign. These are various items that need to be picked up. They’ll be added to your map when you are near them and a music tone will play. These are tracked in the pause menu in the top right corner of the screen. You can also view, “Collectibles” from the pause menu to see which ones you have.

Act 1
Chapter – Emergence
Monster jaw
Immediately after meleeing the first group of enemies you come across, look over to your right to find this on the ground in front of the newsstand.
Bloody Transit Worker’s Helmet
Progress through the chapter until you are in the maintenance tunnel. You’ll eventually pass a big red glowing hole on your right side. Shortly after that, there will be a small cutout room on your left where this collectible can be found on the ground near a dead NPC.
Front Page of the Kalona Times
Shortly after helping the NPC pinned down by the rubble, you’ll come back out and onto the street. There will be a Cafe & Bakery in front of you across the street. Go inside of the Cafe & Bakery and head into the back in the kitchen to find this newspaper on a counter.
Chapter – Survival of the Fittest
KPD Police Bulletin
This is found on a desk on the left side of the police station after you first enter the station. The desk is next to a corkboard along the left side of the room.
Bloodied Police Chief’s Badge
This is found inside of the Tactical Operations Room. You’ll come to this room as part of the story. It will be on the shelf next to the cop that is impaled on the wall in the room.
Army Recruitment Pamphlet
Progress through the chapter until you reach the COG Armed Forces Recruiting Center. As soon as you enter, go straight to the back of the room to find this pamphlet on the counter under the COG displays on the back wall.
Try On Pilot Helmet
This is found to the right of the previous collectible in the row of displayed helmets.
Chapter – A Gear in Need
Tomatoes, Canned
Continue until you enter the Pay ‘N Save through the loading dock. This collectible will be on the ground next to a dead NPC on the left side of the second room of the loading dock.
Broken Lancer Bayonet
After defeating the waves of enemies inside the grocery store, look down and to your right to find this sticking out of the enemy that was holding Marcus during the cutscene. This will be as soon as you regain control after the cutscene.
Chapter – Back in the Fold
Frontpage of the Tyran Chronicle
Shortly after leaving with the mayor, this will be on a stack of newspapers in front of a door on the right side of the street that you’re walking down. Look for the lit up sign that says, Bar & Lounge. Go right just before that sign to find this collectible.
Anti-UIR Propaganda Poster
Progress through the chapter until you see the Landa Medical emergency care building across the street. Before crossing the street to the hospital, go right to find this poster hanging on a wall near a phone booth and food truck.
Landa Memorial Medial Supplies Memo
This will be on the desk to your right just before leaving the hospital.
COG Tags of Private Brick Rosso
After sealing the holes with grenades, you’ll have to cross a street toward Echo Park. Before entering the park, go a few steps to the left to find this tag on the ground behind a police car near the park entrance.
Act 2 ->
Act 2
Chapter – Bravo Squad
COG Helmet With Bullet Hole
This is found right before leaving the base after getting your orders from Grey at the very beginning of the chapter. Before going through the opening that was blocked by the vehicle, go left behind a burned out bus to find this helmet on the ground in front of a body.
Sniper Goggles
These are found inside of the control room that you enter after your first fight against the snipers on the bridge. Enter the control room and head over to the left side of the room to find these on the ground next to a dead enemy.
Bridge Worker’s Lunch Kit
After fighting your way through the train cars on the bridge, you’ll eventually need to climb down a ladder. At the bottom of the ladder, go over to the opposite side on the left to find this collectible.
Thrash Ball Rush Magazine
This is found on the far right side of the East Control Room next to an open locker.
Medic’s First Aid Kit
After killing the Boomers, you’ll need to head down to the lower level of the bridge. As you enter the lower level, there will be enemies attacking from the right. This collectible is left from where you enter on the ground in front of a box truck with the COG Army logo painted on the side.
Chapter: Hold the Line
Cinema Filmatica Magazine
This is found in the garage of the car dealership that you have to enter after getting the map. As you enter the dealership, go left and toward the garage. In the garage, look right to find this on a shelf next to a radio.
A Letter Home
This is found inside of the Last Dollar store where the secondary objective, Trapped Family, takes place. After entering through the garage, go through the next doorway and look to your right to find this hanging on the wall.
Hard Case #1
This is found behind a bus near a burning pile of rubble at an intersection south of the Trapped Family secondary objective.
Thrashies Cereal Box
This is found on the counter inside of the Timgad gas station.
Kalona Postcard
After exiting the train station, go to your immediate right. Follow this narrow path all the way near to the end of it. This collectible will be on the ground in front of a stone bench across from a Cafe & Bakery.
Vandalized Salvaging Poster
This is found inside of the Major Burger restaruant that is straight across from you after exiting the train station. Enter and head toward the bathrooms to find this on the wall.
Hard Case #2
After exiting Major Burger, head down the street and look to your left shortly on. There is an open entrance to a parking garage. Go inside and look left at the bottom of the ramp to find this case.
Hard Case #3
After exiting the backside of the parking garage, there will be a canal to your right. There is a second parking garage straight ahead from the stairs that lead up and out of the previous parking garage. This Hard Case is found in a room on the top level of the second parking garage.
Hard Case #4
From the previous Hard Case, exit the garage on the opposite side that you entered. There will be a bridge that crosses over the canal on your right. Don’t cross it yet. Instead, cross the street and go down the first set of stairs on your right to find this case at the bottom of the stairs near the end of the path.
COG Tags of Private Liz Waxman
From the previous Hard Case, go back up the stairs and face the parking garage you just came from. Go north up the street (opposite direction of the bridge). At the end of the street, enter the brick building that is slightly right. It has a scaffold around it. Go inside and up the stairs. Jump through the window on the second floor and you’ll land on the scaffolding. Look to your immediate left to find this collectible.
Emgazi Blitz Display Case
From the previous collectible, jump back through the window you just used and head up the stairs to the third floor. Enter the open apartment and then head into the bedroom to find this on a desk.
Birthday Card With a Toy Lancer
From the stairs you took to exit the first parking garage earlier, there will be a destroyed bridge that crosses over the canal toward the Bank of Tyrus. Go down the destroyed bridge to the other side and head left to the end of the path to find this collectible.
Hard Case #5
From the previous collectible, go back a few steps and you’ll find another parking garage to enter. This will be the third one we’ve entered. This case is in the back right corner next to a white van labeled, Seradyne.
Tales From the Tyran Night Story Book
There is an apartment building that has an open window with a HELP banner hanging from it. This building is along the canal across from the Octus Tribunal building labeled on your map. Climb up the scaffolding along the side of the apartment building. Make your way up the scaffolding and into the HELP apartment. This book is on a shelf in that apartment. This apartment is also the location of the Apartment SOS secondary objective.
COG Tags of Specialist Jada Clemens
From the front of the Bank of Tyrus, look over at the Grind Coffee shop. Go inside of that coffee shop and go behind the counter to find this collectible.
Kalona Metro Fare Notice
From the front of the Bank of Tyrus, go down the left entrance to Hance Station (metro tunnels). This is hanging on the wall on the right side of the tunnel entrance down the stairs.
Hard Case #6
This is found next to a newsstand on the right side of the road behind the two metro tunnel entrances.
Hard Case #7
This is found on the other side of the street across from Hard Case #6. It is on the second floor balcony of the Kalona Times building.
Hard Case #8
Drop down from the previous collectible and continue up the street. There will be a blue truck with some grafitti on it on your right. Turn right at that truck and head down the alley way toward the loading docks. Go into the open loading dock to find this hard case.
Major Burger Box
From the previous collectible, return to the main street and head toward the Major Burger restaurant. Enter the restaurant and go into the back room to find this collectible.
Hard Case #9
Exit the Major Burger and head toward the main objective marker. Complete that objective. Before leaving, go behind the pillars on the right side of the area to find this Hard Case.
COG Tags of Specialist Brendan O’Connell
Return to the Major Burger we were just in and head right up the street toward a Jackson’s Discount Furniture truck. A little ways past the truck will be an alley on your left. Go down that alley and turn right to find this collectible on the ground next to some bodies.
Hard Case #10
Exit the alley way the same way you entered it. Once back to the street, look over to the building that has an Audio & Electronics sign hanging from it. There is a ladder behind a dumpster on the side of that building. Climb the ladder up to the balcony and then jump through a window to enter an apartment. This case is in that apartment.
COG Tags of Master Sergeant Mark Avamore
Drop down the same ladder from the previous Hard Case and head further into the alley toward the Timgad truck. Go through the hole in the wall next to the truck to find this collectible on the ground inside.
COG Tags of Specialist Arnold Imhatip
Backtrack out of the alley from the previous collectible and get back to the street. Go east toward the bridge. Go under the bridge and then head over to the right side underneath to find this collectible on the ground in front of some destroyed vehicles.
Caricature of Colonel Elias Trench
From the previous collectible, leave from under the bridge and you should see a Newsstand ahead. Go up the stairs across from that Newsstand and onto the bridge. This is hanging on a light pole on top of the bridge. This is almost directly above the previous collectible.
Hard Case #11
From the previous collectible, drop down the stairs you just used and head up the street a few steps toward the Thrift Store. Turn right just after the Thrift Store to find this case in the alley.
Hard Case #12
From the previous case, head further up the street. When you reach the big hole in the street at the next intersection, go right and then cross the street. There is an open parking lot with a news van and truck full of lumber. This crate is in that parking lot next to a forklift. There is a bus diagonally positioned in the street. The front of that bus is pointing right at the parking lot.
Re: Vibration Complaints
Exit the parking lot from the previous collectible and head up the street. There is an open doorway shortly ahead on your left. It is across from the big sign that says, Amberstone Storage Company. This collectible is hanging on a door inside of that open lobby.
Hard Case #13
Exit the lobby from the previous collectible and head across the street to the objective at Amberstone Storage Company. This case is on the ground in front of the garage door labeled with 05 on it.
Timgad Refinery Recruitment Poster
Exit the Amberstone Storage Company and head across the street to the Hotel. Enter the hotel lobby to find this poster on the wall next to the elevators.
Photograph and Harmonica From Mags’ Apartment
This will be automatically collected as part of the story.
War Savings Bond / Hard Case #14
Both of these collectibles are inside of the vault in the bank. You will need to go in there as part of the story.
Hard Case #15
Follow the main objective marker to the construction site. As you approach it, you’ll have to fight off a group of enemies. Before enter the site, there is a building on your left that has a blown out wall. Go inside of that building and up the stairs into the open apartment to find this case.
Foreman’s Datapad
Enter the construction site. As soon as you go up the stairs to enter, go left and straight back. At the end, go right to find this on the ground in a small dead end area. It’s on the first floor.
Hard Case #16
Go one floor up in the construction site. This case is almost directly above the previous collectible.
Hard Case #17
After repelling down from the top of the construction site, head down the street. Just after the bus, but before the ambulance, look left to see three archways in the buildings. This case is in those archways on your left.
Hard Case #18
This is across the street from the previous case. It is right in front of the green Pharmacy building.
Hard Case #19
As soon as you go through the gates at the story objective marker, go right to find this case on a table under a tent.
Hard Case #20
After fighting off the waves of enemies, you’ll walk through a checkpoint. Just before exiting that checkpoint, go into the white shipping container on the left to find this case.
Hard Case #21
After leaving the checkpoint, head down the street and you’ll see enemies attacking on the right. On the left, look for an open gate. Go through that gate and head to the top left corner to find this case.
Pendulum Wars Victory Flag
Go up the stairs on the opposite of the street from the gate you just went through. At the top of the stairs, go right. This collectible is hanging from a Newsstand next to an ambulance.
Child’s Monster Drawing
From the previous collectible, turn around and head the opposite way up the street. Look for a convenience store on your right. Enter that store and head into the back room to find this on the ground.
Hard Case #22
Exit the convenience store and go right. Take the next right and then head down the stairs. At the bottom of the stairs, go right again. Take the next right into an alley to find this case by a locked chainlink gate. This is right behind the store we were just in for the previous collectible.
Hard Case #23
From the previous collectible, exit the alley the way you came and there will be a police car in front of you slightly right. The case is behind that police car.
Hard Case #24
After investigating the objective area, follow the blood to a courtyard area. As soon as you enter, go to the left to find this case.
Muster Point Instructions
This is found in the back corner of the same courtyard as the previous case. It is on the wall in-between the Butcher Shop and Shoe Shop.
Holiday Photos
This is found behind a Major Burger next to a Newsstand. The Major Burger is the location of the Black Raven Down secondary objective.
COG Tags of Sergeant Elijah Adams
These are found in the same room where the Lone Wolf secondary objective takes place. You’ll need to enter the apartment where the sniper is firing shots and help him defend against waves of enemies. Afterwards, the COG will be on the ground in the living room of the same apartment.
Hard Case #25
As you approach the Hotel objective marker, look over to your left. There is a small plaza of stores with a rope hanging. Ascend up the rope and then look left to see this case.
Hard Case #26
This will be to the right of the Hotel objective marker doors.
Portrait of Chairman Thomas Dalyell
Enter the hotel and clear out the enemies. Before speaking with the NPCs in the center of the room, go up the stairs on the right side of the room from the main entrance. Take the first right to find this portrait propped up against the wall.
Hard Case #27
Exit the hotel and you’ll drop down onto a firetruck. Drop off of the firetruck and go to the right side corner of the building near the taxi to find this case.
Chapter: No Gear Left Behind
Hard Case #28
This will be on your path in front of a van with its back doors open in the tunnel at the beginning of the chapter.
COG Tags of Private Sal Harkniss & COG Tags of Private Siv Strickland
This will be under the underpass where the cutscene takes place shortly after the previous Hard Case. Both tags will be next to each other.
Hard Case #29
This will be up ahead on the path shortly after the previous tags. It is on the right side of the street.
Bloodied Spike
This will be found under a sign that says, “Beer and Wine” before going toward the statue with the flying enemies. It will be around a short corner sticking out of a dead soldier.
Ink-Covered Wrench
This is found on the left side of the giant statue across from the staircase.
Hard Case #30
From the front of the statue, go over to the right side of the area and go underneath the scaffolding along the building on the right to find this case.
Hard Case #31
Go up the stairs on the right side of the statue and climb up to the second floor of the scaffolding. Head further right to find a white shipping container. Go inside of that container to find this case.
Hard Case #32
This will be on the right side of the path as you pass under the statues to exit this area.
Hard Case #33
This will be in the cutout on the left side of the hallway in the building you walk through with Grey.
COG Tags of Lieutenant Jane Hawkins
This will be on the right side of the gate you have to go through in order to exit this area. It is next to the covered dead bodies. Grab this before going through the gate.
Chapter: Overrun
There are no collectibles in Chapter 4: Flyboys
Hard Case #34
This is found in the first hangar you go through. It is to the right of the hole in the wall you have to exit through. Get this before going through the hole.
Hard Case #35
This is right at the entrance of the red lit tunnel that you need to go through shortly after the previous case. It is on the left.
Hard Case #36 & Point Fairlight Hangar Data Pad
Both of these are right next to each other in the building you enter after the red lit tunnel section. These are to the left of the truck that has the headlights on straight ahead of you.
Act 3 ->
Act 3
Chapter: Stranded
COG Army Knife
After repelling down for the first time, you’ll come to a fork in the path marked by a dead body that you can interact with. Go left just a few steps from the body to find this collectible in the clearing on the left. If you’re looking down the left path from the body, it will be after the second tree.
Hard Case #37
Go through the locked gate and ambush the enemies. Stick to the left side the combat area after going through the gate. You’ll eventually come to a crashed helicopter. The case is sitting next to that helicopter.
Fairlight Rifle Range Sign
Progress through the chapter until you climb over the fence. After dropping on the other side of the fence, go right and head toward the big gate with the gear logo above it. This sign is hanging on that that gate.
Hard Case #38
Return to where you landed when you climbed over the fence before the previous collectible. From there, go left toward a red shipping container. This case is on the ground in front of the shipping container.
Gut-Puncher Grenade Rounds
From the previous collectible, head further into the base, but stick to the left side. You’ll eventually pass a supply cache. This collectible will be right next to that supply cache.
Prepper’s Scavenging Map
When heading for the sub-station, there will be a row of generators on the right side just before the power station doors. This is on the ground in-between the generators.
UIR Soldier Shooting Target
Before entering the power station, go to the far left side of the building to find this collectible. It is a dead end, so just turn around from the previous collectible and head to the opposite side of the area.
Hard Case #39
Enter the power station and look to your immediate left to find this case.
Chapter: Enemy Lines
Damaged Gnasher Shotgun
Progress through the tunnel and you’ll eventually come to a red lit room. Go past this first red light and then hop over waist high debris. After hopping over, you’ll see another red lit room straight ahead. Before going there, go up the hill to your right to find this collectible.
Hard Case #40
This will be on the main almost immediately after the previous collectible.
Parchment and Powder Pouch
Proceed a little further in the tunnels until you are in a more brightly lit room. Go up the left side to find this collectible on some crates next to some weapons you can also pick up.
Parchment with Indecipherable Writing
Progress through the chapter until you reach Cooper Station. There will be a train car in the middle of the area. This collectible is found to the right of that train car on some crates on the ground floor.
Hard Case #41
This is found on the top floor of Cooper Station. It is in the top right corner behind a big stack of wood. Go up the stairs from the previous collectible and go to the right corner to find this.
Hard Case #42
This is found on the opposite side of the room from the previous Hard Case. Turn around and run straight over the other side of the top floor.
Hard Case #43
Progress to the area where you will need to climb up some train cars in order to exit. Only climb up half way and look to the left to see part of a tunnel. There will be a letter “K” on the wall marking the tunnel. Go down that tunnel to find this case before climbing up all the way.
COG Tags of Private Beth Avila
From the previous collectible, look over to the left to see an open doorway to the right of a big “K” on the wall. Go through that doorway and follow the trail to the end where you come across dead bodies as well as this collectible.
Maintenance Worker’s Bloodied Flashlight
From the previous collectible, backtrack the way you came back to where Hard Case #43 was. From there, run all the way to the end down the tracks to the right and you’ll come to a red lit area dead end. The collectible is on the ground next to the open door of the train car.
Hard Case #44
Now continue crossing the train cars toward the objective marker. This Hard Case will be on the other side of the gap. It will be right in front of you slightly on the right after walking over the bridging train car.
Hard Case #45
Progress further into the chapter until you come back outside and see the giant collapsed statue. From where you enter this area, go down to the left to find this case nearby the entrance.
Hard Case #46
Continue forward toward the objective just a little bit and look over to the left where the edge of the crater is. There will be a bus sticking up out of the giant hole. This case is right next to that bus on the edge of the ground.
Hard Case #47
This is found in the sewers when you first enter the area. There will be a big hole in the ground in front of you and a supply cache off to the side. The case will be next to the supply cache.

This is right next to the previous Hard Case.
Chapter: Last Foothold
COG Tags of Sergeant First Class Robin Hamill
This is found on the ground behind the taxi right in front of you at the very beginning of the chapter.
Hard Case #48
This is found sitting on the ground in front of the Pool Hall to the left of the Kalona Theater at the very beginning of the chapter.
COG Tags of Corporal Tracy Moore
Progress through the chapter and make your way underneath the monorail toward the objective marker. As the road starts to head back up, there will be a building ahead of you with a blown open wall. Go inside of that apartment and into one of the bedrooms to find this collectible.
Hard Case #49
Exit the building toward the objective and this will be over on the left side of the street right after exiting the previous apartment. It’s down the hill of debris near the edge of the street.
Colonel Trench’s VIP List
After meeting up with Tai, enter the checkpoint and head over to the immediate right to find this on a table under a tent. Don’t climb over the bus until you have this.
Hard Case #50
After climbing over the bus, go over to the right and look left at the truck with the white cog logo painted on the side. This case is on the ground in front of that truck.
COG Tags of Private Luis Garcia
Make your way toward the objective. After you go under the destroyed road along the edge, you’ll come out to a fight with the library ahead of you. Before going to the library, climb up the destroyed pieces of road on your right. At the top, backtrack a little bit to a ripped up tent. This collectible is inside of that ripped up tent.
Hard Case #51
This is found to left of where Grey gives her briefing inside of the library.
Captain Grey’s Field Journal
This is found in the room behind Grey when she is giving the briefing inside of the library.
Hard Case #52 REAL
This is found in the corner right out front of the hotel. After the fight, go to the left corner. There is a truck nearby that has its headlights pointing right at it.
Heavy Locust Helmet
From the hotel, head down the street west and then turn left at the intersection to see the secondary objective, Lost in the Park. Complete the secondary objective. In the area where the fight takes place go over to the open gate on the left side of the area. Once through the gate, go right to find this.
COG Tags of Specialist Bernard Havelock
After leaving the hotel and when you’re headed to the Hospital, head straight up the street from the entrance of the hotel. When you come to the monorail above you, climb up the Jackson’s Discount Furniture truck and get into the train car above to find this collectible.
Hard Case #53
From the previous collectible, get back down to the street and jump through a window of the nearby pharmacy. This case is in the pharmacy on the back counter.
COG Tags of Private Oded Bay
From the intersection with the pharmacy, head down the street west. Keep going down the street until you come to opening on the right. Go through that and you’ll come to the area with a fountain full of blood. This collectible is in the fountain.
Hard Case #54
From the intersection with the pharmacy, head east down the street and you’ll come to enemies climbing over a wall and some other Gears fighting. From that fight, look left to see stairs that will take you underneath the bridge you are standing on. Go under the bridge to find this case under where the fighting was happening above.
COG Tags of Private First Class John Carnahan
From the previous Hard Case, go back up stairs to where the battle was earlier. From there, run down the street south. Keep going until Shelter 05 is on your right. These tags are on the dead Gear slumped up against the wall.
Locust Pistol Ammunition
Return to where the fight took place at the roadblock on the east side of town. This was the location of Hard Case #54 under the bridge. From that intersection, head north up the street. Go to the right side of the street where the trees are to find this on the ground in between the trees.
Hard Case #55
When headed for the hospital, go down the middle street near the library. You want to find the Last Dollar convenience store. We came in here earlier in the game for a collectible. Enter the store again to find this case in the back room.
Blade-Like Projectile
This is found where the secondary objective, Rooftop Mayday, takes place. This is north of the previous Hard Case. Enter the gate and go up the stairs. Go left after the first set of stairs and follow the scaffolding around to the end to find this collectible.
Hard Case #56
From the previous collectible, get back on the street and head east under the overpass. Once you’re under, look to the right to find a half open gate that you can crouch under to enter a parking garage. This is in the back corner of this parking garage.
COG Tags of Private Terrance Sander
From the previous Hard Case, head west back up the street to the police station. Head into the entrance at the very end of the street. Go inside and look down on the ground near several bodies. One of them is impaled to the wall.
Hard Case #57
From the police station, turn around and back down the street. You should see stairs that lead up to the monorail station across from the giant red glowing hole. Go up to the station to find this case in front of one of the train cars.
Hard Case #58
This is found on the roof of the awning of the hospital. After killing the enemies, use a rope to ascend up to the roof where the enemies were to find this case.
Landa Memorial Hospital Evacuation Order
This is found on top of some filing cabinets behind the reception desk of the hospital in the lobby where you are ambushed.
COG Tags of Specialist Rachel Carnahan
From the reception desk, go to the left and straight back to find a staircase in the back right inside of the hospital. Go up the stairs and look left at the top to find this collectible.
Hard Case #59
Outside of the hospital at the emergency entrance, go northeast up the street and look for this to the left of the barbershop. It is on the sidewalk across the street from the barbershop.
Chapter: The Convoy
COG Tags of Private Rudy Bartholomew
This is found at the very beginning of the chapter. As you run up the highway, there will be a burning car up on your left. This collectible is on the body that is propped up against the burning car.
Hard Case #60
Shortly after the previous collectible, there will be an area off to the left side of the highway where more enemies will be. Take them out and then go into this side area to find this case in the back right corner next to a flood light.
Hard Case #61
This is up on the bridge when you are going for the control room. This will be on the right side of the bridge in front of a truck with the COG logo painted on it just before the control room.
Hard Case #62
After the control room, but before jumping down to the lower level to advance the story, this case is found just a little bit past the hole up on the right. Do not jump down to the lower level until you grab this case.
Locust Crest
After dropping down to the lower level, fight off the enemies. When the convoy starts moving again, get on the right side of the road and head forward. You’ll eventually come to an overturned police car. This collectible will be on the ground next to that police car.
Hard Case #63
From the previous collectible, head forward up the street but do not ascend the ropes yet. Instead, go around the vehicles to get to near the front of the line to find this case. It will be to the right of the two ropes you need to use for advancing the story.

Climb up into the next control room. Turn left in the control room to find this case out in the open.

Shortly after the beginning of the chapter, you’ll enter an apartment. There will be an NPC sitting on the couch of the room you enter. This will be laying next to him.

This will be across from the previous collectible in the same room.
Hard Case #66
This is found in the next section after dealing with the next group of enemies. After they’re dealt with, you’ll need to continue on. Instead of going through the next set of doors, go to the left of the objective doors and climb up onto the electrical box and then climb up to the ledge to find this case.
Hard Case #67
Enter the next set of doors from the previous collectible and you’ll need to kill some wretches. After they’re dead, crouch through the hole in the wall on the left side of the room to find this case.

Turn around from the previous case to find this laying on the ground in the center of the same room.
Hard Case #68
This is found along the left side wall of the area where you have to fight the reaver. Kill it and then grab this case.
Sanctum of the Fallen Memorial Ceremony Program
From the previous collectible, turn around and head over to the opposite side of the area. There is an open gap in the waist high wall in the corner with a dead body laying in front of it. This collectible is right next to that body.
Hard Case #69
Progress a little ways into the chapter until you see the cutscene were a soldier is killed by a torque bow bolt. From there, head forward to the bridge you need to cross. Before crossing the bridge, look to your right to see this case.
Locust Spiked Shoulder Pad
Cross the bridge from the previous collectible. At the other side of the bridge, go to your immediate right and then go behind the lone tree here to find this collectible.
Explosive Bolt
Kill all of the enemies in the tower. When they’re gone, go inside the tower and go all the way to the top of it to find this collectible next to a torque bow.
Chapter: Desperate Measures
Hard Case #70
After the big battle at the start of the chapter, you’ll need to meet with the Quartermaster. On your way to him, head left and then look to your left to see a short staircase that leads into a side room. You’ll hear NPCs arguing about the Locust following the Gears here. The case is along the left side wall in that side room.
Hard Case #71
From the previous case, exit that side room to the right of the case. Continue straight and look over to the left to see this case under an arch with a bright light coming from it.
Hard Case #72
From the previous collectible, turn around and go to the stairs in the middle. Before going down them, follow the walkway to the left to find this case at the end.
Commander’s Letter Home
From the previous case, turn around and go back to the stairs in the middle of the area. Go down them. Head over to the left corner to find this on the ground next to some vehicles.
Torn Flag of Tyrus
Follow the Brumak out of the base. In the very first area, there will be a fight against some more enemies. This flag is on the ground in the front left corner from where you enter. It is in front of a pile of debris blocking a way out of this area.

From the previous collectible, turn around and head toward the exit while sticking to the left side. Climb up onto the higher platform. This case is on that platform.
Morith Harbor Snow Globe
Enter the Gift Shop and head up the stairs. At the top, look to your immediate left to see this on a desk across from a display of the fort.

Turn around from the previous collectible and the next set of stairs will be right in front of you. Before going up those stairs, go to the left of them and behind the pillars. This case is behind the pillar closest to the set of stairs.

Proceed down the long bridge and keep going until you see a big burned out vehicle laying on its side next to an Art Gallery on the left. The tags are on the ground in front of that burned out vehicle.

This is on the right side of the Sanctuary Cathedral about halfway through.

This is on the far right side of the Burial Grounds after exiting Sanctuary Cathedral.
Hard Case #78
Exit the Burial Grounds and go left all the way down the road until the very end. This case is on the sidewalk on the right at the very end next to a locked gate.

Go up the road that runs behind the Regalia Hotel. At the end, there will be a blown open doorway on your right that you can enter. The case will be in the room you enter.
Hard Case #80
This is near the main front entrance to the Regalia Hotel inside. If you enter from the front, it will be to your left next to the stairs.

This is on the front desk in the same room as the previous Hard Case. It is on the right side of the room.
Hard Case #81
Exit the hotel through the front entrance. Go to the right and then head left on the street with the train tracks down the middle. Go up the stairs on the right and into a side area. This case is in that side area at the top of the stairs.
dISPUTE Magazine
Back in the hotel, from the main entrance, look to your right to see a staircase that leads to a big hole in the wall. Go up those stairs and through the hole in the wall. Drop down to the street and then go left to a dead end at a tunnel. This is on the ground to the right of the truck.
Hard Case #82
Follow the objective marker through the hotel now and it will take you out through the back. You’ll drop down into an area with a fountain. The case is behind that fountain.
Hard Case #83
When you come to the wide open area with enemies almost immediately after the previous Hard Case, there will be a red restaurant on your right. Go into that restaurant and then head into the side room on the right to find this case.
Anniversary Card and Tickets to Khindago
Across from the restaurant, there is a building nearby where a mounted machine gun is. There were also some enemies in there during the fight. This collectible is in that building on the counter behind the cash register. You can get into this building by climbing up from a short staircase and into a hole in the wall to the right of the mounted gun.
Hard Case #84
From the building you are in from the previous collectible, go through to the back and you should see a rope that you can descend. From that rope, look straight across the street to see this case in front of a closed door.
A Handwritten Letter, in Vasgari
Follow the objective marker to the Cooper Commons. Before heading north, go to the south corner right near where the map says, “Chairman Monroe Monument.” This collectible is on the back of a painting laying on the ground near the southern most wall of Cooper Commons.
COG Tags of Specialist Harrison Alexieff
These are on the far left side of the Cooper Commons. There are two sets of stairs that go up a level on either side of a subway entrance. Go up the stairs to find this collectible in front of a dead Gear sitting against a tree display.
Statuette of Roman Kalona
Just before leaving the Cooper Commons, there is a red Souvenir Shop right before reaching Kalona Square. Go into that shop and head over to the left wall to find this on a shelf next to some t-shirts.
Hard Case #85
When exiting the souvenir shop and entering Kalona Square, go left toward the three smaller archways. Go through those archways and straight back. At the end, go left and then head to the right corner of this area to find the case.
COG Tags of Specialist Dale Maddoc
Head over to the west side of Kalona Square. Head to where the “K” is on your map where it says Kalona Square. Just slightly left of that K is an open courtyard toward the University where there are a lot of dead bodies. On the right side of that courtyard near the entrance, you should see a big streak of blood going vertically down a destroyed platform. This collectible is on the ground at the base of that blood streak.
Hard Case #86
This is to the left of the gates you need to exit to follow the objective. Before leaving, go left of the gates behind the police car to find this.
Blood Splattered Ulk Plushie
Shortly after exiting through the previously mentioned gates, head up the street and then go right when you come to the first police car. This is on the ground behind the blue car to your right.
Hard Case #87
Follow the objective marker to the end of the street where you’ll have to fight a few waves of enemies. When you enter this area, go past the subway entrance on your left. Once your past it, go left to find this case up against a wall near some barbed wire.
COG Tags of Specialist Mei Aoi
Go to the Opera House. Run straight down the road that runs along the left side of the Opera House. At the very end of the road, you can find this collectible on the ground next to an ambulance.
Lighter Darker Opera Program
Go to the Opera House. Climb through a window on the right side of the Opera House to enter. Go up the stairs on the left side of the building and then head for the balcony that overlooks the area you just fought in. This is on the ground on that balcony.
Hard Case #88
Go over to the clocktower. This will be marked on your map as the secondary objective, Clocktower Defense. When facing the clocktower, follow the road that wraps around the left side of it. If you did the secondary objective, it’ll be where most of the enemies were spawning. When you reach a train car that says, “74, Downtown” across the front, go left. There is a small staircase that leads to a little area left of that train car. The case is in that area.

Hard Case #89
This will be on your path shortly after beginning the chapter. It’ll be on your left after the narrow hallway.
COG Tags of Sergeant Aman Landry
Get on the train and ride it to the first stop. When the train stops at the next station with enemies, you need to get off the train and pick up this collectible before the train leaves. The collectible is in the front of the area in the middle next to a bench. It also says, “Clement” on the wall above the bench. So get off, grab this and get back on the train quickly.
N0 80 Graffitied Poster
When the train stops at the second station, get off and head over to the westbound side tracks. Turn left at the tracks to find this hanging on the wall next to a bench.
Hard Case #90
Go through the exit of the train station from the previous collectible. Follow the narrow hallway and you’ll come to a corner. The exit is left and there is a side room straight ahead. Go into the side room to find this case. You should be able to see it glowing as you come down the hallway.
Hard Case #91
Exit the subway and kill the enemies on the street. Go up the stairs to the monorail station. At the top of the stairs, look back to your right to see this case on the platform on the other side of a gap.

After speaking with Auntie, go through the big gates. On the other side of the gates is a waist high brick wall on your right. Hop over that wall to find this case.
Young Artists Night Poster
From the previous case, turn around and head down the street the opposite way of the Hard Case toward the Power Grid Station. This is hanging on the wall on the left side of the street.
Hard Case #93
This is found in the Seradyne Manufacturing building in the center of the area (not where it’s labeled on the map). Go into the entrance on the right and for the back right corner. Climb up the debris to reach the second floor. This is on the second floor toward the balcony.
Hard Case #94
From the previous case, turn around and toward the big hole in the wall on the second floor of the Seradyne Manufacturing building. Jump through the hole and then look right to see this case out on a platform. If you fall down when jumping through the hole, you can climb back up using the boxes below.
Maranday Apple Brandy Bottle
From the previous case, drop down to the ground and follow the alley way around and up a short staircase. After the staircase, you should see a rope hanging from a walkway up to your right. Ascend up the rope. At the top, go left and then take the first right out onto the roof. This collectible will be on a small red toolbox to the left.
COG Tags of Corporal Goran Ducaine
From the previous collectible, turn around and backtrack to the rope you used to ascend up here. Go past the rope and into the next building. In the building, turn right and jump over the gap in the path. This will be at the end of the walkway after jumping the gap.
Hard Case #95
From the previous collectible, drop down to the ground level of the building you’re in. Go to the back right corner of this garage where you can find a door you can interact with. Open it, kill the enemies and then enter the room to find this case.
Hard Case #96
Return to the Seradyne Manufacturing building from earlier where we collected a few things already. Get back up on the second floor. You were there earlier. On the second floor, use the stairs to reach the roof. Once you reach the roof look left and head straight and climb up the platform. This case will be to the left of the double doors on this platform.
COG Tags of Lance Corporal Calder Hunt
From the previous case, turn around and head back to the roof where you came up the stairs. There is a big smoke stack on the corner of the roof of the building you’re on. The collectible is at the base of that smoke stack.
A Letter Regarding Armadillos
From the previous collectible, get down off of the roof and get back to the ground outside of the building. Turn around and look to the northwest corner of the map. You should see a sign that says, “Prospect Bay.” There are NPCs firing weapons from the balcony over there. Go to that building and enter on the ground floor to find this collectible on a desk in the back side of the floor.
R.I.G Component
From the previous collectible, exit this building and head to the west side of the map that is labeled, “Freight Yard,” on the map. This is in the train car next to the R.I.G machine in the train car.
Hard Case #97
From the previous collectible, exit the train car from the right. Stay along the right side and there will eventually be an opening and a path that heads further right. Go down it and look behind the green dumpster to find this case.
Imulsion Blast Charge
This is found in the shipping container that you have to interact with at the end of the Special Cargo secondary objective. This objective is near the the previous Hard Case. As you head a bit south from the case, you’ll come to the NPCs that will give you the quest.
Refiner’s Union Jacket
This is found near where you are given the Special Cargo secondary objective. Go down the stairs from where you started that objective. Go up the stairs that are ahead and slightly left. Follow them up and into the building. This will be on the right of the building as you enter.
Hard Case #98
This is found on the helipad just behind the shipping container where the Imulsion Blast Charge was found.
COG Tags of Lieutenant Jacob Palma
From the previous case, turn and face toward the shipping containers labeled SFG. Head that way until you come to some rail tracks with big rail cars sitting around. Then, face the building where the secondary objective, Fire in the Hole, is. Go into that same building on the ground floor. Enter via the big rail car sitting inside. Go through that car and drop out the other side. Look to your right to see this collectible.
Hard Case #99
There is another case in the same location as the previous collectible. But it is locked in a train car. In order to open it, you will need to complete the secondary objective, Trapped Locust. During that secondary object, you’ll interact with a console to move the train car. After that, you press a button to open it. Kill the enemies that come out and then go in the car and open the case.
Hard Case #100
From the previous case, leave the building and head for the center of the map. Look for the two big red pipes that run up the side of a building. Go toward those red pipes. Just past those big red pipes on the right is a rope you can ascend. Go up the rope to find this case.
Seradyne Factory Closure Sign
From the previous case, head into the building via the hole in the wall with the pile of bricks to left. Once you go through that hole, look to your right and go down the ladder. At the bottom of the ladder, go left and then right. The sign will be on the wall straight ahead by the stairs.
Hard Case #101
From the previous collectible, turn to your right and go straight across to the opposite side of the factory. Look for a ladder on your left. Climb up that ladder and the case will in front of you.

From the previous case, turn around and run to the other side of the walkway that was behind you. At the end, hop over the ledge and you’ll drop onto a staircase. Take those stairs up and out of the building. Follow this path to the left and you’ll eventually come to an open door on your right. Go in that door to find this on the ground in the small room.
Severed JACK Bot Head
From the previous collectible, drop down to the ground where the enemies were. Look over to your right to see blown open doors leading into the building. Go through the doors and straight back to find this on the ground at the end of the path.

From the previous collectible, exit the building the same way you entered. Go into the main story objective building. Head up the ramp on the right side to find this case.

Progress through the chapter until you come to the next fight against the Locust at a power station. This case is on the left near the small building at the power station.

Continue through the chapter until you come to a bridge. Don’t cross the bridge yet. Instead, go down underneath it to find this hat directly below the bridge.

When you reach the radio tower, there will be a cutscene. After it’s over, look to your immediate left to see this case in front of a wall.

Hard Case #109
Enter the first building shortly after the previous collectible and you’ll have to fight off waves of enemies. From where you entered the building, go straight back and to the right corner to find a small room where an NPC was taking cover during the fight. The case is in that small room.
Hard Case #110
Shortly after leaving the previous area, you’ll come to another combat encounter. You’ll have to fight a reaver here. When you enter the area from the street, turn left. There will be an Amberstone box truck. Turn left there and look for this case behind a van parked in the corner.

After taking out the jammer, you’ll move into the next area. As soon as you enter the next combat encounter, look to your right to see a ladder. Climb up that ladder. At the top, go right up the stairs and then left straight back to a dead end on the walkway. This collectible is at the end.

Make your way toward the objective marker for the Timgad Refinery. You’ll fight your way through a building. Just before exiting this building, look left to find this case next to an L shaped desk.

After riding the elevator, exit it and go right. Look right again to see a ladder. Climb up the ladder and the chest will be on the roof of the elevator building you were just in.

From where you got off on the elevator, go left and then right to the end of the walkway to find this on the ground. Grab it before climbing down.
Hard Case #115
Make your way back up another ladder and then kill the enemies you encounter. The objective marker will be to, “enter the main building.” Before going through the doorway, go over to the left platform from the objective door. This case is on that platform.
Hard Case #116
When your squad splits up, you will interact with console while with Reyes. After interacting with that, you’ll go down a hallway and enter a combat section. There will be a heavy enemy straight ahead of you. The case will be to your immediate right when you first enter that combat section.
Hard Case #117
From the previous collectible, head across the walkway to the opposite side. There is a room on the opposite side. Go into that room and this will be to the left of the hole in the room.
Tyran Business Monthly
From the previous collectible, you can leave this room and go down the stairs. Enter the door on the left and the magazine will be on the ground on the left side. You can also drop down through the hole from the floor above and you’ll land in the room with the collectible.
Memorandum to Dr. Elliot
This is found on the shelf behind the desk in the Amber Labs office you will enter as part of the story.
Hard Case #118
After leaving the previous collectible room, you’ll head down a hallway. When the hallway turns left, there will be a room straight ahead. Go into the room before turning left to find this case.

Follow the hallway and you’ll enter another room as part of the story. There will be a diagram of a missile on the right wall. This collectible will be on a table to the left of the exit door.
