Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla Wrath of the Druids Trophy and Achievement Guide

Welcome the Trophy and Achievement guide for Wrath of the Druids, the first piece of Downloadable content for Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla! There are nine new Trophies and Achievements to be earned in this DLC. Luckily, none of them are missable. Just like the main game, you’ll be tasked with clearing 100% of each region of the new map. Fortunately, there is not nearly as many collectibles this time around as there was in the main game.

I would recommend playing through the story here first. Like previously mentioned, nothing is missable. There are a few Trophies and Achievements below that will have you work on requirements for them as part of the main story. So, you’ll end up with half of the progress done toward Dawn of the Druids and over half of the progress done toward King’s Maker just by playing the story. Although there are not as many collectibles as the main game, there are still 115. So, feel free to chip away at those however you like as you progress through the DLC.

The one thing to look out for are Trading Outposts. You should capture these early and often as the resources they provide are needed for the All Roads Lead to Dublin Trophy/Achievement. You’re going to need a lot of these resources, so it’s best to get that started as early as you can. Other than that, there is nothing too crazy here and this list can be completed fairly quickly.

trophy Irish Legend

Complete all territories of Ireland.

In order to unlock this, you’re going to have to clear the 100% of the map in terms of all Artifacts, Wealth and Mysteries. If you grinded out the main game for the Platinum or 100%, you already know what to expect here. Luckily, the DLC map is not as big as the main game. There are 115 total. 29 Artifacts, 69 Wealth locations and 17 Mysteries. Below is a quick guide on how to complete every Mystery. They’re all pretty easy and straight forward.

Ireland’s Deliverance

Complete the Wrath of the Druids campaign.

This is an unmissable story related Trophy and Achievement. Complete the entire DLC’s main story and this will pop upon completion of the mission “The Cost of Betrayal.”

Dawn of the Druids

Collect all the amber shards for Deirdre.

In order to unlock this, you’re going to have to kill the 10 Children of Danu. After each one, an amber shard will be automatically placed into your inventory. The first five Children of Danu will be story related. So, as long as you’re playing through the entire DLC main story, you’ll end up with half of the amber needed. This will pop upon killing the 10th and final Child of Danu.

These work the same way as The Order in the main game. Follow each of the clues to track a target from The Order menu. Track each target down and kill them.

Like a Druid

Complete a Trial of the Morrigan.

A Trial of the Morrigan is a new type of Mystery. You’ll have to interact with an alter and then a group of enemies will spawn. Defeat the enemies to complete the Trial. These are part of the Irish Legend Trophy/Achievement, so you’ll get this as you work toward clearing the different regions of the new map.

All Roads Lead to Dublin

Reach the max level of Dublin Renown.

You will need to reach Renown level 5 in order to earn this Trophy/Achievement. Your Renown level is increased by giving Trade Materials to Azar in Dublin. You will be introduced to the Trade Outpost and Azar’s Trade Contracts mechanics as part of the main DLC story mission “Rathdown Build Up.”

Trading Outposts you’ve captured will produce various items. These items are Clothing, Delicacies, Luxuries and Text. You’re going to need all of these items, so be sure to complete all of the Trade Outposts in order to get everything. Everything you earn from an outpost will be sent to a chest at Azar’s shop. Loot the chest and then speak to Azar to donate the items to any open Trade Contracts. As soon as the required items are donated, the Contract will be complete.

The chest doesn’t take long to refill. It replenishes items every minute. There is a limit on how much the chest can hold, so be sure to empty it regularly. You can actually see how full the chest is by selecting the icon from the map.

It is going to take a lot of items to finish this up, so make to sure capture outposts as often as you can.

The Legend of St. Patrick

Kill the only snake in Ireland.

The only snake in Ireland is found in Meath. It is almost dead center of the region. It is found in an abandoned church with a Cursed Symbol artifact. So, you’ll come to this location as you clear the map for Irish Legend. The main story mission “Flann Over Ireland” will take you right near here.

Enter the church and you’ll find some crates and vases off in a room to the side. Destroy the red vase to reveal the snake inside of it. Kill it to pop this Trophy/Achievement.

King’s Maker

Complete 10 Royal Demands

Royal Demands are marked on your map as white pigeon coop icons. They’re located at Trading Posts you’ve captured. These are small side quests that will task you with stealing an item, assassinating an enemy or clearing out an enemy outpost.

These will be introduced to you during the main story mission “War Efforts.” You also won’t have to go too far out of your way to unlock this as six of these will be part of the main story leaving you with only four to do on your own. The optional objectives do not matter for this Trophy/Achievement.

Double Trouble

Equip a Sickle in both hands.

All you have to do here is find or acquire two sickles and equip one in each hand in the loadout screen. This will pop immediately after equipping the second sickle. They can be found in the game or you can buy them from the blacksmith in Dublin.

The first sickle I came across was in a chest at Lackanscaul to the south in Connacht. The story will take you here when you hunt down The Cursed.

The second sickle was a reward for completing a Mystery in Connacht. You will need to defeat the legendary animal Black Stout.

Decked Out

Find the full Dublin Champion armor set.

There are five pieces that need to be collected to complete the Dublin Champion set.

Dublin Champion Bracers – The Bracers are earned by reaching Dublin Renown level 2.

Dublin Champion Cloak – The Cloak is earned by reaching Dublin Renown level 4.

Dublin Champion Helmet – The Helmet is earned by reaching Dublin Renown level 5.

Dublin Champion Torso – The Torso is earned by defeating the Lost Drengr in the northern part of Ulster. This location will be marked with a blue icon and you’ll have to come here when clearing the map for Irish Legend.

Dublin Champion Breeches – The Breeches are earned by defeating the Lost Drengr in the north-west section of Connacht. He’s actually on his own little island just off the coast of Connacht. This location will be marked with a blue icon and you’ll have to come here when clearing the map for Irish Legend.
