Overall, this is a very straight forward and easy list to complete. Everything can be done in a single play-through.
There is chapter select as well, so you can load up any chapter and pick up anything you may have missed. This includes collectibles. There will be a collectible counter on the bottom right of the chapter tile when accessing chapter select.
A majority of this list is story and collectible related. There are a few miscellaneous Trophies/Achievements, but nothing is overly difficult here.

Their batteries were low and it got dark
Found all NASA rovers on the Red Planet
There are five rovers to find and they are spread out across different chapters.
- Chapter 5
Drive forward a bit and look to your right to see a big crater. Drive toward that crater and then you should notice another one next to it. The rover is down in that second crater.
- Chapter 6
After climbing down from the top, you’ll be on foot. From the crashed scannable debris on the right side, head to the left. Go past the the slanted rock and head straight. You’ll come to the next rover.
- Chapter 8
As you drive toward the objective, drive along the left side of the canyon. You’ll eventually see this on a rock near the wall on the left. It is across from the first piece of debris.
- Chapter 8
This rover is found at the very end of Chapter 8. You’ll have to drive the rover one more time. However, you’ll be on a short timer. You will need to drive straight to this rover and get it before the mission ends. If the screen gets too hard to see, back out to the main menu and then continue. You’ll be at the beginning of this driving section. Drive forward until you see big dunes on your right. Go over them and head toward the wall to find this rover.
- Chapter 9
This one is a little hard to explain. Line up the objective so that you’re staring straight at it. Go to the far right side of the area and there will be a path that leads along a ridge you can follow that will take you right to the rover.
Home is…
Witnessed your father leaving without you

Who waits five minutes, seriously
Play the waiting game with Ryan.
- Chapter 1
This is earned immediately after fixing the MPT Dish. You’ll speak to Ryan and he’ll tell you to get in the truck. When he gets in, set the controller down and just stand there for five minutes. Ryan will eventually concede the waiting game and this will pop.
Moonbear
Safely launched Zephyr-III. Mission Opera is a go!
This is a story related Trophy/Achievement.
Stellar extra-vehicular activities score
Detached the thruster and made it back within 3 minutes and 35 seconds after egressing the airlock.
- Chapter 2
This is earned during the second time you go out in space. The first time you go inspect the thruster, you’ll just be cutting away debris. Go back inside and progress the chapter a bit more.
The second time you go out, it’ll be time to cut away the thruster itself. 3 minutes and 35 seconds is more than enough time here as long as you cut what you’re supposed to quickly.
Exit the ship and fly straight to the thruster. You’ll be instructed to cut away the power supply. Cut that first. The areas you need to cut will be highlighted. After cutting away the power supply, you’ll need to start cutting the panels where the booster meets the ship. When the panel is removed, there will be yellow items underneath to cut. Start at the top panel and cut your way down the right. Do not cut into the cannisters with the yellow stripes on them. They damage you and knock you back which will slow you down.
When you’ve cut enough, you’ll be blown away from the ship. Get back into the airlock as fast as you can and press the button to close the door and this will pop.

Kats always land on their feet
Reached the elevator below in Herschel within 2 minutes after surveying the quarry.
- Chapter 4
After refilling your suit with oxygen, you’ll head back outside. You’ll come to a cliff where a scene will play as Kat observes the area. After you highlight the elevator, it’ll be time to run. Sprint down the cliffs jumping to the next one when necessary. Use your axes to climb and keep moving. The climbing isn’t very fluid and it will slow you down, but you have time. Just keep moving. When you reach the ground, run straight for the elevator and this will pop as you run up to it.
A Nice Place to Live
Acquired a rover and new insights into your father.
This is a story related Trophy/Achievement.
The Gang
Someone has hidden a very important and personal memento inside his cell.
- Chapter 5
Continue through the chapter until you reach the jail cell area.
Once there, run up to the next floor and solve the door puzzle to advance the chapter. When you have access to both of the splitters, carry them down to the jail cells. Set one in front of the very last cell closest to the stairs. Aim it at the control box up in the cell by the rubble. Carry the other one down to the office. Go in the office and cut where the locks are on the floor. The STREAME will come up. Point at a splitter outside of the office. Aim the splitter to other the one down by the stairs and the door to the cell will be unlocked.
Go in the cell and jump over the fallen debris in front of the door. Go the back of the cell and crouch through the hole in the wall. Interact with the picture in the next cell in order to pop this.
The Dream for These Folks
Discovered the vital technology inside ARK Habitas and Mission Opera’s secret objective.
This is a story related Trophy/Achievement.
Quick like a Kat
Traversed the icy plains and enter Odum within 3 minutes and 15 seconds after surveying the base.
- Chapter 6
To begin this mission, you’ll be driving the rover to your destination. When you reach the lift, Kat will get out and survey the base. Once this is done, the timer will start.
Turn around and run through the hole in the railing on the right and climb down the icy wall. When you reach the ground, sprint through the carved out path. It’ll lead you to the left and you’ll come to a small tower like structure. Climb up to the rock that the tower is on and turn around to see a gap you can jump. Jump across and head for the base. There will be more gaps for you to jump across. When you reach the base, climb up it and sprint for the airlock. Make sure the airlock activates as you go in and this will pop when you enter the base from the air lock.
Not the Rabbits, Not the Bees
Learned the discouraging truth about Odum’s sign of life and your father’s deepest flaws.
This is a story related Trophy/Achievement.
When ACE met AYLA
Robots can love too.
- Chapter 7
Progress through the chapter until you come to a doorway that has debris blocking it. You have to crouch under the debris to get through the door. Go through the door and you’ll hear a noise. Kat will say, “What was that?” When you hear that, stop and press /
to control your droid. Then, fly through the area to the end and you’ll meet the other droid. All you have to do is fly over to it and this will pop.
Like Animals
Uncovered Outward’s gruesome fate and saw your only means of returning home dissipate.
This is a story related Trophy/Achievement.
Shai-Hulud?
Did you just spot a big, big worm, here on Mars? Must be a hallucination…
- Chapter 8
This is found during Chapter 8 before fixing the dish.
You’ll climb your way up the ship. After climbing up the falling walls, continue making your way through and you’ll have to climb up a short wall on the side of the ship outside. When you get to the top, there will be a scannable object up here. Stop and look out at the landscape. Set the controller down and wait. You’ll see dust clouds between some mountains and then this will pop.
Desperate Times
Reconnected the ARKs, found your father’s final message, and abandoned Mission Opera to find him.
This is a story related Trophy/Achievement.
Simulacrum
Someone should really fix that speaker.
- Chapter 9
This can be earned when following Kat’s dad through the inside of the dome. Just before coming to the bee farm on the right, go over to the left. There will be a speaker up on a pole. All you have to do is walk over to the pole and stand under it and this will pop.
Kat-like reflexes
Made it through the Tesla Chambers without taking damage.
- Chapter 9
Toward the end of Chapter 9, you’ll come to a room where electricity is going on and off. In order to earn this, you cannot get hit by the electricity. It’s not a particularly long section, but it can be tricky due to the climbing mechanic.
When you’re climbing, you’ll need to jump from side to the other. Wait for the electricity to turn off and then jump across. To jump, push the left stick in the direction you want to jump and then press /
.
Jump across the first section and climb up and to the left.
For the next section, don’t climb. Wait for the machine to come out and then jump on top of it and then up to the next ledge.
Next, you will need jump up the rotating platforms. There will be two platforms to jump to. Ride the top platform until you get to the section of wall that you can climb and climb up.
The next section is the tricky part. You’re going to be climbing up a wall that is rotating. There is electricity on both sides. If you’re not quick enough, the wall will carry you right into the electricity. The climbing mechanics are not as fluid as they need to be here. Whatever side you choose to climb up doesn’t matter. Look at what direction the wall is turning from your perspective.
If it’s going right, jump to the left side as far as you can without getting electrocuted. You’re going to need to give yourself as much time as you can here. Don’t bother trying to climb against the rotation. Just climb straight up and jump from the rotating wall to the platform as quickly as you can.
This will pop when you interact with the ladder on the platform you jump to.
