Welcome to the Destroy All Humans Trophy guide! This remake of the 2005 cult classic brings 41 new Trophies to Earth. This is a very easy list to complete. The only Trophy here that may give Trophy hunters a bit of trouble is Ace of Space, but it’s not impossibly difficult. Fortunately, there are no collectible or difficulty related Trophies. There is also nothing grindy or time consuming here. Best of all, there are no missable Trophies either. Everything can be earned by replaying a mission or just by free roam.
First, you’re going to want to just play through the story while also completing the optional objectives for each mission. You will unlock a majority of the miscellaneous Trophies without really even going out of your way for them as you make your way through the game’s story. But, if you miss anything during your play-through, there is always free roam to clean things up. There are 24 challenges that need to be completed with a three star rating on each. Those challenges are best left until the very end after you’ve completed everything else. You’re also going to want to make sure you have as many upgrades unlocked as possible to help you finish those.

A Pox on Your Gear

And a Pox on Your Saucer Too
Upgrade your saucer at Pox’s Lab in the mothership
In the Mothership menu, select Saucer from the Pox’s Lab screen. Then, choose any upgrade and buy it. This can be done after completing the first mission as long as you have at least 750 DNA.
Down to the Challenge
Revisit a missionless invasion site and complete a challenge there
This can be earned after completing the first mission. Once you’ve done that, go to the Mission Selection screen of the Mothership and then go back to the farm (or any of the locations). Once there, go to a challenge and complete it. It does not matter what your score is for this Trophy.
Invasion of the Body Swappers
Try out a new look for Crypto in the mothership’s archives
From the Mothership menu, press R1 to go to the Archives tab. Then, go down to Skin Selection. Here there will be multiple skins you can apply to Crypto. The requirements to unlock each one will be listed below them. once you have one unlocked all you have to do is apply it. You’ll know you’ve got one unlocked when there is a yellow plus sign next to Skin Selection.
Return of the Clone II – Reloaded
Re-visit a mission in the mothership archive’s Holopoxdeck
While in the Mothership, press R1 to go to the Archives tab. Then, select Holopox Deck and here all of the missions you’ve completed will be listed. Select any one of them to replay and the Trophy will pop.
Swift Harvest
Accelerate Brain Extract or Transmog by mashing that button like you mean it
This is another quick and easy Trophy to earn. Target a human and press Square to extract their brain. Then, quickly and repeatedly press Square to hurry the process up.
No Time to Waste
Destroy a human with a weapon and another with a psi ability at the same time
This Trophy can be earned right at the start of the game. When the farmer’s wife comes out, you’ll be attacked by multiple farmers. Target one of them with Square to extract their brain while simultaneously shooting the other person with the Zap-o-Matic (R2).
Covert Thoughts
Stay covert by scanning primitive human thoughts
You will unlock this Trophy at the beginning of mission 2. Target a human and then press Up on the D-Pad to disguise yourself as that person. Now, while disguised, go up to another human and press Triangle to scan them.
Harvest Season
Recover a Furon Probe
The Probes can be found all over the various maps. They’re basically a collectible that rewards you with 100 DNA. Pick up any one of them to earn this Trophy. This can be earned in the very first area of the game.
Rejected for Probing
Throw something into something else with the saucer’s Abducto Beam
You will earn this Trophy in Mission 2. After walking the beauty pageant contestant back to your ship, you’re objective will be to destroy buildings at the fair. Press and hold R1 to pick something up with the Abducto Beam and then throw it by releasing R1. Simply throw something at any of the buildings.
Furonigami
Explore the more offbeat parts of the mothership
From the Mothership menu, press R1 to go to the Archives tab. Then, scroll down to Furonigami. Select that and another Trophy will be yours. This can be done after completing the very first mission.
Reduce, Abuse, Recycle
Transmogrify an object to replenish your ammunition
At the end of Mission 4 you’ll be given the Disintegrator Ray. Then, when you need ammo for it, run up to an object, target it and then press Square to Transmogrify it into ammo.
Hot to Trot
Evade a rocket by dashing
This Trophy can’t be earned until you gain access to Dash and you encounter a soldier with a rocket launcher. This has to be done on foot. I first encountered a soldier equipped with a rocket launcher in the mission that has you defending the TV broadcast towers. Now, when a rocket is fired at you, there will be a small icon on the rocket as it comes toward you. Press Circle to dash out of the way unlocking yet another easy Trophy.
Brain Drain
Consume a human brain to kickstart your shield regeneration
This will be one of the first Trophies that you’ll earn while going through the beginning tutorial. All you have to do is target a human and then hold Square to extract their brain while taking damage. Consuming a brain will start the shield regeneration.
Simply Repulsive
Use your saucer’s Repulse-O-Tron to fend off homing missiles
You will gain access to the Repulse-O-Tron in Mission 7 when you have to destroy the ice cream trucks in your saucer. You will likely earn this Trophy right here as well. As a missile is coming in on you, you need to press Circle just before it hits your saucer. A big shield like sphere will appear disabling the missile.
Gas-Guzzler Guzzler
Abduct and drain a vehicle to replenish your saucer’s shields
If you take damage while in your saucer, target a vehicle and pick them up with the Abducto Beam. Now, While holding them with the Beam, press Triangle to drain the vehicle and replenish your saucer’s shield. This can be earned when you get access to the Abducto Beam in Mission 2.
When Two Humans Collide
Use PK to destroy a human with another human
Target any human and hold R1 to pick them up with PK. While still holding R1, aim at another human and then release R1 to throw them into each other.
Man’s Inhumanity to Man
Destroy multiple humans with a human-made explosive
This Trophy can be earned at the very beginning of Mission 3. There is an Army base right next to where the cows are that you need to scan for story progression. Hop over the fence into the base and pick up a red barrel with PK (R1). Then throw the barrel at a group of enemies.
Hop the Hoop
Display Furonic aeronautic prowess by soaring through giant human pastry without soiling your feet
This Trophy is earned in Santa Modesta. Near the initial landing spot, there is a donut shop. It is also next to the TV station. You can see the big towers in case you’re having trouble finding it. Once there, you will see a big donut on top of the shop. Jump up and use your jetpack to reach it. As you approach the donut hole, press Circle to dash through the middle of it. It can be a little tricky to get through without touching it, but just keep trying. I was only able to get the Trophy to pop by going through the front of the donut.
Do Feed the Sharks
Demonstrate Furon free spirit near a warning sign placed by the human authorities
This Trophy is earned in Santa Modesta. Along the beach, you’ll see some people laying and sitting around near some lifeguard looking buildings. Just behind these buildings is a shark warning sign. All you have to do is pick up a person off the beach here with PK and then throw them into the ocean.
As Is Tradition
Abduct a cow with your saucer
This Trophy can be earned in Mission 2. As part of the story, you’ll gain access to the Abducto Beam. Before destroying all of the buildings, fly a bit north of the fair to a farm and use the Beam to pick up a cow.
Pyrokinesis
Set something on fire, then use it to destroy a hapless human
This Trophy can be earned after you gain access to the Disintegrator Ray. Once you have it, travel to Turnipseed Farm. Find a bale of hay and shoot it with the Disintegrator Ray until it catches fire. Then, use PK to pick it up and throw it at any lucky human nearby.
Fly, My Pretties
Throw a human into the air and juggle them
Target any human and hold R1 to pick them up with PK. Release R1 to throw them and then quickly press R1 again to catch them. You have to catch the same person before they hit the ground. Keep your aim pointed at the human you throw and you shouldn’t have a problem catching the same one by quickly pressing R1.

Grade A Upgrade
Fully upgrade one of the branches of a weapon or ability
All you have to do for this Trophy is unlock every upgrade in a single line under any weapon or ability. There are only three in a line to purchase. They are bought with DNA, which can be earned by completing missions, optional objectives, completing challenges, finding Probes or extracting brains. You will need to progress through the story a bit before an upgrade will become available for purchase.
Ace of Space
Ace all challenges!
There are 24 challenges to complete. They are divided up by area. There are six different areas with four challenges each. In order to ace a challenge you will need to score three out of three stars. This Trophy should be saved for last as some of these can be tricky to pull off. That, and they do not all become available until you progress through the story. After you’ve completed the story, travel back to each area to free roam and the challenges will be spread out and marked by yellow icons. Now, having as many upgrades unlocked as you can for Crypto and your saucer will be very helpful in completing these. Each challenge will also have bonus objectives that must be completed in order to reach three stars. You will not ace these challenges without those bonus points awarded from the bonus objectives.
There are four different types of challenges:
- Abduction
- Armageddon
- Race
- Rampage
The Mandatory Option
Complete all optional mission objectives! (Use the Holopoxdeck if you have to.)
Every story mission you play will also have optional objectives for you to complete. These are really not that hard. Some of them can be a little tricky, but there really is nothing overly difficult with these. You’ll need to pay attention to the lower left side of your screen. Your main objectives will be listed on the left and any optional objectives will be listed just below that. If you miss any, you can replay any mission again by going to the Mothership, press R1 to go to the Archive tab and then select the Holopox Deck. Here you can see what missions you have or haven’t completed to 100%.
Unfortunately, the entire mission must be completed in order for the game to count the completed objectives. You cannot complete an optional objective and then quit the mission. If you miss one during a mission, there is no checkpoint restart option from the pause menu. Instead, you can either restart the entire mission, or let yourself die or fail a main objective. Dying or failing will restart you at the last checkpoint.
For the Glory of the Furon Empire!
Destroy humanity’s last hope and initiate the subjugation of the species
This is an unmissable story related Trophy.
