There are multiple ways to end most of the missions here. The method in which you end the missions will determine which locations you will go to. Each location will be listed below with how to reach each of them.

Meteo
To reach Meteo from Cornea, all you have to do is complete Cornea the normal/default way.
Sector Y
To reach Sector Y from Cornea, you will need to complete a few objectives.
- Assist Falco when he asks for help. You need to kill the enemies chasing him.
- Fly through all 7 stone archways.
- Follow Falco through the waterfall and beat the boss at the end
Fichina
To reach Fichina from Meteo, all you need to do is complete Meteo the normal/default way.
Katina
To reach Katina from Sector Y, all you have to do is complete Sector Y the normal/default way.
To Reach Katina from Meteo, you will need to fly through all 7 anomalies on Meteo.
Aquas
To reach Aquas from Sector Y, you will need to complete Sector Y with 100 or more hits.
Sector X
To reach Sector X from Katina, all you need to do is complete Katina the normal/default way.
To reach Sector X from Fichina, all you need to do is complete Fichina the normal/default way.
Solar
To reach Solar from Katina, you need to destroy the Saucerer before time runs out.
To reach Solar from Fichina, you will need to beat Star Wolf before time runs out.
Zoness
To reach Zoness from Aquas, all you need to do is complete Aquas the normal/default way.
Titania
To reach Titania from Sector X, all you need to do is complete Sector X the normal/default way.
Macbeth
To reach Macbeth from Zoness, all you need to do is complete Zoness the normal/default way.
To reach Macbeth from Solar, all you need to do is complete Solar the normal/default way.
To reach Macbeth from Sector X, you need to beat Spyborg with Slippy still active. Slippy cannot go down during the fight.
Sector Z
To reach Sector Z from Zoness, you need to destroy all 36 spotlights while remaining undetected on Zoness. You cannot be seen by any of the spot lights. You can see them from a distance. So stay low and shoot at them from further out so you have to get all of them when they are in groups.
To reach Sector Z from Sector X, you will need to fly through all 4 anomalies on Sector X.
Bolse
To reach Bolse from Sector Z, all you need to do is complete Sector Z the normal/default way.
To reach Bolse from MacBeth, all you need to do is complete MacBeth the normal/default way.
To reach Bolse from Titania, all you need to do is complete Titania the normal/default way.
Area 6
To reach Area 6 from Sector Z, you will need to destroy all 6 Copperhead missiles before they damage the Great Fox. You won’t be able to destroy all of them by yourself. You’ll need your partners to destroy some. So, when missiles are approaching, make sure your partners do not need help. If they need help, help them right away and then they will attack the missiles once they are freed from being chased by the enemy.
To reach Area 6 from MacBeth, you will need to shoot all 8 rail locks and the rail switch afterwards. The rail switch will be light in all green if you shot every lock along the way.
Venom
To reach Venom from Bolse, all you need to do is complete Bolse the normal/default way.
Venom 2
To reach Venom 2 from Area 6, all you need to do is complete Area 6 the normal/default way.
