Oversight

Become Overseer

This will pop after completing the quest, “Lady Luck.” This will be the end of the DLC questline.

Better Living Underground

Unlock all build areas of Vault 88

This will be earned when you complete the “Explore Vault 88” quest.

The underground vault area is very big and so there are multiple workbenches for you to activate in order to gain access to the whole space. This quest will be part of the main story for the DLC.

Vault Dweller

Equip Vault 88 suit and Pip-boy on a settler

Doing this will be the objective of the quest, “Power to the People.” The Vault 88 jumpsuit will be on a trunk where you interviewed the potential vault dwellers. There will be more Vault suits and Pip-Boys in the trunk the first jump suit was sitting on.

Pick up the jump suits and Pip-Boys and then interact with Clem. Transfer over the Vault jumpsuit and Pip-Boy to Clem. Clem will be the objective marker for the quest. Tab over into Clem’s inventory and press / on the jump suit to equip it on Clem. You only need to do this for one settler for the Trophy/Achievement.
