Next up is another Team Star Raid. This time we’ll be taking on the Fire Crew and its leader Mela. As you can probably tell by the name, this base will specialize in Fire types, so bring a Water type to take them down.

Team Star Fire Crew
After earning the third Gym badge, heal your team and then fast travel to the Pokemon Center to the right of the Fire Crew.
Get on the path and follow it up and around until you’re approached by Clive again. After the conversation, make your way toward the wall to find another Team Star Grunt.

Beat the Grunt and you’ll have another conversation with Clive. After that, it’ll be time to raid the base. Select the Pokemon you want to use and place them in the top three slots of your party. This will work as the raid we did earlier. You’ll have 10 minutes to beat 30 Pokemon while running around the base. You can use the vending machines to heal your Pokemon as well.
Beat the 30 Pokemon and then Mela will appear and it’ll be time to battle her.
Mela

After the battle, you’ll see another flashback scene. This time it will be from Mela’s point of view. You’ll be given a Badge and TM038 Flame Charge.
As the conversations finish, this step will be completed.
Great walkthrough, the only part i had a somewhat difficult time with is going vs gym leader Larry in the elite 4. I ended up defeating the majority of the elite 4 only to be defeated by Larry.
