If you have already beaten the Pokemon League by following this guide, then we will already be at the Academy. To begin, just exit the Academy. If you aren’t there, just fly to the Academy. This can only be done at night, so you’ll have to wait if it is not night time.

A Challenge from Cassiopeia

When you go to leave the Academy or enter it at night, you’ll be stopped by Director Clavell. He will then challenge you to a battle.

Director Clavell

After the battle, Clavell will reveal that he was lying and that you still must challenge Cassiopeia. Heal up your team and prepare for another battle.

When you’re ready, return to the Academy at night to take on Cassiopeia. Interact with the computer in the Entrance and travel to the Schoolyard.

You’ll reveal her true identity and the battle will begin.

Penny

After the battle, you’ll see another flashback of Team Star and some more cutscenes detailing the future of Team Star.

With all that out of the way, go to the Director’s Office. Speak to Clavell and then you’ll be asked to leave. Leave the Academy and Penny will call you as soon as you get outside.

You’ll need to meet Penny by the stairs in front of the Academy.

Penny will give you TM169 Draco Meteor and Operation Starfall will be completed.
